Motivational evaluation based on the age characteristics and psychological needs of young children refers to focus on discovering the advantages and highlights of young children and paying attention to the subtle changes of young children.Teachers use positive way with verbal and non-verbal behaviors to stimulate children's desire to learn and protect children's exploration.As an important person of young children,the evaluation behaviors of preschool teachers have an important influence on the development of children's self-consciousness and the choice of behavioral goals.10 kindergartens(3 public kindergartens,7 private kindergartens,and 30 classes)in Guangzhou were selected.The teachers and children in small class were research subjects.The data of motivational evaluation behavior,child self-efficacy,and self-goal orientation of children are collected by questionnaires.In this study,the status quo of motivational evaluation of preschool teachers,the self-efficacy of children,the children's self-goal orientation are presented and the relationship among these three factors are analyzed.The results of this study show that:(1)The level of motivational evaluation of preschool teachers is better.(2)The self-efficacy of 3-4 years old children is moderate.(3)The goal orientation of 3-4 year old children is mainly self-improvement goal orientation,and selfenhancement goal orientation and others' goal orientation are second only.(4)There is a significant positive correlation between motivational evaluation and children's self-efficacy.(5)There is a positive correlation between motivational evaluation and children's selfimprovement goal orientation,self-enhancement goal orientation and others' goal orientation.(6)There is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and children's self-improvement goal orientation,self-enhancement goal orientation,and others' goal orientation.(7)Self-efficacy plays a part in mediating between motivational evaluation and children's self-improvement goals;self-efficacy plays a part in mediating between motivational evaluation and children's self-enhancement goals.According to the research results,the corresponding suggestions are put forward:(1)Establishing a child-centered view and conducting targeted evaluation.(2)Enhancing the wisdom of teachers' education and building a good growth atmosphere.(3)Paying attention to the internal quality of children and stimulating children's internal motivation.
