Tennis hitting is a basic skill for young beginners,but in the process of practice,many children give up because of the complexity of movements and boring training methods,so it is not easy for young beginners to learn to improve tennis skills and continuously carry out the sport of tennis.In the process of training,different teaching methods can produce different teaching effects,so the choice of teaching methods has become the top priority.How to strengthen the result of the tennis technology and improve learning interest in tennis research has certain theoretical and practical significance,this article in tennis backhand technology,for example,on the basis of the teaching idea of "play&stay",change the traditional teaching method,using experiments show "play&stay" method of teaching is good teaching effect,the questionnaire survey was carried out on the subjects of "play & stay" teaching method is verified after training is obviously shortened after beginners children master the backhand technology and quality of time,whether to significantly enhance their confidence to continue learning and attitudes.This article USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics,the use of tennis backhand technology standardization,backhand technology technical evaluation,to participate in the experiment of the satisfaction of data to reveal "play&stay" teaching methods,such as whether the correct formation of tennis backhand technology and has significant effect to the improvement of children's interest in tennis.In this paper,20 5-10 years old children(8 males and 12 females)were selected from nanjing lingfeng tennis club with the experimental method.The experimental subjects were divided into experimental group and control group,with 10 each.The backhand stroke was taught respectively.The control group adopts the current traditional teaching methods and means,while the experimental group adopts the ITF's "play&stay" teaching method.Both the control group and the experimental group use short tennis courts and rackets.Using the designed experiment,the experimental group and control group in the teaching progress under the premise of the same with five backhand placement and backhand technique skill score of each link,and to verify the results of study participants satisfaction survey "play&stay" teaching methods for the formation of the correct tennis backhand technology as well as significant role in improving children's interest in tennis.The following conclusions are drawn from the experiment:1.After the experiment,it was found that the backhand stroke technique of the experimental group was more standard than that of the control group.2.At the end of the experiment,it was found that there was a big difference in the landing points of five backhand shots between the experimental group and the control group.3.After the experiment,it was found that the satisfaction survey of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.4.Compared with traditional teaching methods,the teaching method of "play&stay" is more reasonable,which can not only improve the accuracy and standardization of tennis backhand hitting technique,but also increase the interest of young beginners.The young beginners who adopted the "play&stay" teaching method for training were better than the control group in both tennis backhand technique mastery and tennis teaching and training satisfaction.
