Research On The Modern Apprenticeship Training Mode Of New Agricultural Higher Vocational College

2018 central document proposed a comprehensive plan to a new era of Rural Revitalization Strategy,at present,our country is in the rapid development period of agricultural modernization,agricultural industry is facing restructuring and upgrading,high technology,high-quality agriculture related personnel more urgent needs,agricultural vocational colleges undertakes the mission of nurturing high talent.Therefore,the talent training mode of agricultural higher vocational colleges is particularly important.The talent training mode of agricultural higher vocational education is different from other vocational colleges talents training mode.It has its particularity,strong practice,weak industry advantages and wide comprehensive range.In recent years,agricultural vocational colleges have transported agricultural professionals to China's agriculture and rural areas.However,there still exist many problems in talent cultivation,such as unclear talent training objectives,imperfect teaching staff and unreasonable curriculum.In 2014,the Ministry of education carried out the pilot work of the modern apprenticeship system throughout the country.The modern apprenticeship system is a mode of educating people with deep cooperation between school and enterprise,and teachers and masters combine teaching to cultivate high skilled and high-quality talents.It is the deepening and innovation of the training model of school enterprise cooperation,order training and so on.In this paper,the agricultural vocational colleges as the main object of study,through literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods to study the model of Vocational Colleges of agriculture modern apprenticeship training mode in the presence of the government level and enterprise level,industry level colleges lack of top-level design,the apprentice double identity is unknown,professional setting unreasonable problems;and through further study on new agricultural vocational colleges implement the theoretical analysis of the modern apprenticeship and based on the model of agricultural vocational education of modern apprenticeship pilot case study,comparative study abroad from obtain construction talents training mode of modern apprenticeship enlightenment security system and perfect combination of engineering.In order to further improve the training model of modern apprenticeship from the aspects of the training target and the curriculum system,we can furtherimprove the modern apprenticeship system.Therefore,in order to model the agricultural vocational colleges can better implement the modern apprenticeship training mode suggestions of perfecting the relevant laws and regulations,strengthen government guidance,reshape the cultivation target of modern agricultural service measures,should be the core concept into the new agricultural literacy training objective of higher vocational colleges.
