Curriculum is the carrier of education,is an important means and way to achieve the goal of school education,the structure and content of curriculum will directly affect the quality structure of students,affect the future preschool education teachers overall quality.Therefore,scientific and reasonable curriculum setting plays a vital role in improving the quality of kindergarten teachers in the future.Under the background that the Ministry of Education puts forward "teacher training certification",improving the quality of preschool teachers has become an urgent task in the construction of preschool education major in China.This study through literature research,questionnaire investigation and interview method,to distribution of China’s eastern,central and western 8 vocational three-year preschool education specialized curriculum as the research object,in view of the professional certification of teachers,preschool education professional certification standards,puts forward new requirements to the curriculum,analyzes the courses of preschool education in higher vocational college training objectives,curriculum structure,curriculum content and so on the present situation of the problem,combined with the requirements of professional certification of teachers,put forward higher vocational preschool education specialized curriculum improvement strategy.Through content analysis,found that higher vocational college three-year preschool education specialized curriculum in the total credits,total hours and course schedule and order according to the national education law and normal professional certification standards,training objectives focus on the formation of professional philosophy and ethics,curriculum structure and curriculum content is rich,and considering the development of local culture.However,there are still some unsatisfactory aspects:for example,the training objectives are too scattered and the correspondence between the training objectives and graduation requirements is ignored.Curriculum structure although do all types of courses to two or morethings,but skills course emphasis on phenotype and ignore the interaction type,conversational skills,ignore the teacher narrative ability,practical courses are involved,and on time to meet one semester,but become a mere formality,more do not education practice,study and practice of full penetration,do not do all well versed in kindergartens and colleges and universities.The curriculum is rich in content,but there are few specialized courses related to children’s learning and development.The public curriculum pays attention to the instrumental value,but ignores the cultivation of humanistic quality.In view of the gap between the curriculum setting of three-year pre-school education in vocational colleges and the curriculum setting of teacher education certification,the following improvement strategies are proposed:First,pay attention to the corresponding relationship between curriculum training objectives and graduation requirements,and set targeted training objectives;Second,establish a balanced and coordinated modular curriculum structure to give full play to the role of extracurricular activities curriculum modules;Third,integrate the curriculum content to promote children’s learning and development as the starting point and goal;Fourthly,we should enrich and implement the educational practice curriculum and construct the "all-through-through" practice curriculum system.It is hoped that through the curriculum reform of higher vocational colleges,the quality of preschool teacher education will be improved,and a group of kindergarten teachers with "noble teacher ethics and excellent service" will be cultivated.
