A Survey And Research On College Students' Career Planning

Employment difficulty for college graduates is a major problem in today's society.In order to research and solve this problem,this paper mainly uses the method of numerical description to discuss the career path planning and its influence level of the university students in different conditions.The discussion starts with four layers including the level of current assessment,the level of self-understanding,the level of career exploration and the level of decision action.According to this concept,a university in C hongqing bought the "BEISON career evaluation system" as the research tool for this subject study.I have the honor to get the firsthand information of the system feedback,to conduct an effective statistic survey for the current status of college students career planning.In the regression analysis part,the independent variable is the different background variables in the student sample,including the personal background variables and school family variables.The dependent variable is the leve l of career path planning and its four layers of the university students.The student data collected by BEISON evaluation system has been conducted detailed statistical analysis through variance analysis,correlation analysis,factor analysis and cluster analysis.The final conclusions have several representatives.1)Gender has a certain effect on their career path in the student in this study,the career path planning level for male students is generally higher than female students.2)The new students in the first grade and the graduation students who need to find a job in the fourth grade have a higher career path planning level than the students in the second and third grade.3)The family factor will also affect the career path planning level of the students.Moreover,it is found that the factor which affects the career path planning level most is the school experience of the students,which also reflect as whether the student has been a student cadre.According to the conclusions above,this paper gives suggestions from two aspects: the first is that it is important for the students to understand the employment environment in nowadays society.They have to understand that they have many aspects to self-improvement and maintain a positive attitude.The second is that the university has to understand there are particularity and difference in guiding career path planning.The functional department should change its working methods to keep the employment service and guidance to as many students as possible.
