At present,it is generally believed that the quality of teaching in the teaching process has a pivotal position,and the final exam results of students are one of the ways to test the quality of teaching.Therefore,it is very feasible to evaluate the teaching quality of teachers through the final exam papers.In this paper,Clementine software is used to deal with the original data at first.Because of the different nature of courses in common and specialized courses,the common and specialized courses are analyzed respectively.Because of a large number of samples,Matlab software is used to calculate the normality,coefficient,mean and standard deviation as the four indicators to analysis the whole of the papers,and then SPSS software is used to build the model,and cluster analysis and Logistic regression analysis are usedto explore the influencing factors of quality of the test paper.Through the above analysis,and draw the following conclusions:(1)From the relevant management point of view,the relevant departments of the different management efforts,resulting in different quality of the test paper;(2)From theteacher 's own reasons,the teacher' s teaching attitude,teaching level,the degree of understanding of students and other factors,resulting in different quality of the final examination papers;(3)From the student's point of view,it affects the result of the final exam papers whether the students master the knowledge points,learning is serious,class review is timely.For the reflected problems,make the following recommendations:(1)From the relevant management point of view,college should strengthen the management of teachers and check the lesson plan of the teacher in time.Relevant leaders at any time check the teacher's class situation;(2)From theteacher 's own reasons,teachers teach students in accordance of their aptitude in usual teaching process and develop a teaching plan for most students.Teachers should prepare lessons before class,maintain a serious teaching attitude,and improve their own teaching and organizational skills and teaching level;(3)From the student's point of view,students should ensure attendance,class listen carefully in class,take notes in time,review in time after class,master what teachers talk about the key points and enhance their ability.
