General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China: “Employment is the biggest livelihood.” At present,China 's economy is shifting from a high-speed development stage to a high-quality development stage.During the tough period,the demand for innovative talents and compound talents has increased.High-quality employment and full employment have put forward higher requirements for both supply and demand.The employment situation should not be underestimated.As an important part of the vocational education system,vocational schools must closely follow the pace of the times.They must not only focus on the needs of multi-level talents for economic and social development,optimize talent training models,strengthen professional skills training for vocational students,but also fully consider talent training and society.The contradiction between the unbalanced and inadequate demands and the reality,increase the guidance of vocational students 'career planning ability,which is conducive to promoting the comprehensive and comprehensive development of vocational students and improving their professional competence and employment competitiveness.This article selects 321 students from a secondary vocational school in Zhengzhou City as the research object.Through literature analysis,questionnaire survey and difference analysis,it analyzes the status of occupational regulations of secondary vocational students in the new era.In-depth interviews with teachers,refining the influencing factors of vocational planning ability of secondary vocational students,and striving to explore the factors affecting vocational planning ability of secondary vocational students,and improving strategies.The basic structure of this article is to firstly put forward the necessity of research on the problems faced by the career planning of secondary vocational students in the new era,and define the concept of first-order;Results;Finally,the influencing factors and suggestions of the career planning ability of vocational students in the new era are extracted.In this study,the vocational planning ability of secondary vocational students includes workplace understanding ability,self-understanding ability,goal planning ability,execution planning ability,and evaluation feedback ability.The five-dimensional independent variables include gender,grade,major,student source,serving as a student cadre,Participation in community activities,part-time employment,internship experience,family economics,and parental education;five dimensions of the vocational planning ability of secondary vocational students are the dependent variables.Descriptive analysis by SPSS shows that: secondary school students in a vocational school have the highest scores on self-understanding,the lowest scores on workplace understanding,and the overall level is low;The difference analysis shows that the career planning level of girls is slightly higher than that of boys;there is no significant difference in majors;grade The higher the career planning ability,the higher the urban planning ability of students in rural areas.Students with student cadre experience,community experience,part-time work experience are significantly higher than ordinary students;the better the family's economic situation and the parents' The higher the level of education,the more likely it is that students will have higher career planning skills.Through the analysis of vocational planning ability of secondary vocational school students,the overall survey results are not satisfactory.Secondary vocational school students themselves have big problems: lack of awareness of career planning,misunderstanding of employment concept,blind determination of career objectives,weak evaluation and feedback ability,etc.There are many reasons.This paper puts forward reasonable suggestions from the government,school,society,family and students: the government should give policy guarantee and increase financial support;the school should pay attention to specialization and practicality,establish high-quality and professional teaching staff,improve teaching mode,implement the integration of production and teaching to meet the needs of the times,strengthen practice and training,and build a complete Employment service system;the society should create a good environment,encourage enterprises to participate,and promote the win-win situation between schools and enterprises;the family should give positive and correct guidance,improve moral literacy,and update the concept of career selection;secondary vocational students should pay more attention to self-cultivation,establish correct concept of talent,strengthen innovative thinking,and clear their career goals and put them into action.
