The Problems And Countermeasuresof The Ideological Guidance By Communist Youth Leaguefor College Students

College Party organization,as a basic organization of ideological education for the youth,has already accumulated relatively mature educational thinking and methods in the development of higher education in our country.They established talent-training-oriented skill education and the quality education strategy based on the ideological education and social practice.They have cultivated a batch of batch of qualified talents for socialist cause.But great changes take place around the world nowadays including the emerging of national protectionism,surging of anti-globalization,fragmentation of information,color revolution,the Internet way of thinking and the shock of experience economy.These new changes make the modern young people more confused,and some people even advocate the decadent ideas like "entertainment to death,and money first".These phenomena make the work of the Communist Youth League more complicated and more strict.We are faced with not only the growth of college students themselves,and the needs of the society for talents,but also those who are firmly committed to the ideals and beliefs of Marx.Therefore,the Communist Youth League should keep pace with the times and adapt their way of working to the change of the thought and behavior characteristics of contemporary college students.They should make innovation in their Ideological and political education by considering the actual development of our society,the international trend of social change,the basic law of ideological evolution so as to cultivate more qualified talents for the country and the cause of socialism.
