Practical Research On The Combination Of Party Building And Social Work In Commercial Building

With the deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid development of non-public economy,as a gathering area of non-public enterprises,business building economy is becoming more and more mature.The CPC regards it as an important task to promote the party organization coverage and work coverage of non-public enterprises,and the party building of commercial buildings has become one of the key research fields of grass-roots party organization innovation;The party construction of commercial buildings is also facing the key tasks of improving the quality of party construction and the overall development of the building.It is necessary to introduce professional forces to participate in the party construction of commercial buildings,which brings a good development environment and opportunity for the combination of party construction and social work of commercial buildings.Based on the party building social work service project in commercial buildings,this paper introduces professional social work force in commercial buildings,provides professional services under the guidance of party building,and gradually explores the combination of party building and social work in commercial buildings.This paper takes the C commercial building in Jinan as the research object.The government purchases social work services,social work institutions form a party construction social work team to enter the building,analyzes the current situation and needs of the building by means of questionnaires and interviews,and designs a practical plan according to the characteristics of the building;Under the guidance of the sub district Party Working Committee,the building has established grass-roots party organizations and built a service platform for Party building.In order to meet building needs,improve building cohesion and the quality of Party building work,social workers have used professional methods such as community work,resource links and group work to provide a series of professional services within the platform,and have created a brand of social work for building party building and explored a new mode of social work participation in grass-roots governance under the guidance of Party building;By summing up the results and the degree of goal realization,it is confirmed that the effective combination of Party building and social work in commercial buildings can enhance the overall development of buildings.However,in the process of research,it also found some problems,such as the contradiction between talent professional ability,social work ethics and party building work,and put forward constructive thinking on talent training,system and mechanism and party building system integration for these problems and future development.The combination of Party building and social work in commercial buildings is not only an exploration for the further development of social work under the guidance of Party building,but also an attempt for social work to participate in grass-roots party building.It is not only an innovation in the localization of social work,but also an innovation in the field of grass-roots party building.It has important theoretical and practical significance for grass-roots party building and social work.
