Along with the beginning of the fourth industrial revolution,China’s economy is facing profound technological upgrading and economic transformation challenges.Undoubtedly,China’s economic environment is gradually taking on the characteristics of industrialization and modernization with the extinction of Absolute poverty and the all-round development for rural revitalization undertaking.Economic development that relies on low-tech labor-intensive industries will gradually become a history,and the high-tech industries that demands high professional skill level and highly self-organized production will eventually take the lead.It is becoming increasingly important to face the new normal of the labor market and train workers who adapt to the new mode of production,in order to promote the sustained and efficient development of China’s economy in the post-industrial era.This thesis takes the Construction for the structural core competence model for vocational education as a starting point,mainly applying the literature analysis method and the comparative method to explore the source of the core literacy theory,and compares the relevant vocational core competence structure models in the field of vocational education or vocational training around the world.Meanwhile,The thesis mainly attempt to inductive and deduction the construction logic lines and element sources for a effective vocational core competence structural model via the analysis on the documents.The first chapter of this article mainly introduces the origin of this study,as well as summarizing the main forms of the current core competence models;Chapter 2introduces the meta of the core literacy theory,That is to say,the economic background and theoretical background together with the contemporary values of the Schlüsselqualifikationen theory proposed by D.Mettens,which was born from an unemployment tide in German in the 1970 s,and took further development till the 21 st century;The third chapter briefly describes the three stages(the theoretical exploration period at the end of the 20 th century,the application exploration period in the first decade of the 21 st century and the application exploration period from 2010 till now)of the core competence theorys development.The current working core competence models for vocational education are majority implied in official vocational education policies,systems or tools.Therefore there is a need to rediscover the baselines of a effective competence model from the core competence models in use,such as DQR matrix from Germany,Industrial competence model from USA,and CSFW&ACSF models from Australia;The fourth chapter,based on the previous chapters,resolves the models cited and get across the three rules for the construction of a core competence model,which means a core competence model for vocational education use ought to combine the human and the society together,to be usable for multiplied situations and user types,and must be clearly classified and ranked;And eventually,the final chapter would assemble all the baselines obtained from the analysis from the documents,and come across to the cake-shaped model of core competence for vocational education by building the sectors of its classification logic,ranking logic and developmental logic.
