Research On The Construction And Application Of Professional Competence Model For Teachers In Independent Colleges

Since its inception,the independent college has played an important role in the higher education system.The quality of its education will affect its further development,and it is also related to the cultivation of tens of millions of talents.The most crucial factor in the quality of running a school is the construction of the teaching staff.Therefore,the research on the professional ability of independent college teachers is not only the need for independent colleges to participate in competition,to achieve sustainable development,to enhance their overall strength,but also to the national development strategy.Concerned about the professional ability of professional teachers in independent colleges,one is that I am engaged in this profession,and the other is from the research of the 13 th Five-Year Education Planning Project of Jiangxi Province,"The Construction and Application of the Professional Ability Model of Independent College Teachers".In the process,I have been thinking about what is the professional model of a professional teacher in an independent college.What are the requirements for the field of professional teachers in independent colleges? What is the level of knowledge,abilities,and skills required by independent college teachers,including qualified teachers,key teachers,and professional leaders? Through the research of the theoretical basis of the professional competence of independent college teachers,this paper uses the efficient and economical DACUM professional analysis method to find out the competence areas of independent college teachers,and builds an independent college professional teacher professional ability model,including 12 kinds of competence units..Applying the independent college vocational ability model,through the investigation and analysis of the professional competence of the professional teachers of the 13 independent colleges in Jiangxi Province,the problems of the professional ability of the independent college teachers in the current stage,career planning and development motivation are analyzed.According to the model of building an independent college professional ability,the path of improving the professional ability of independent college teachers is proposed.
