The importance of time for modern schools is self-evident,the class time as an important part of school education,because its non-storage,unoverdrawn,irreplaceable feature,which makes every minute precious.As an example,Chinese language,as the most important communicative tool,is an important carrier of human culture,and both natural and social disciplines are based on this,the characteristics and nature of its discipline have laid down its position as a basic discipline in basic education.Under the nine-year compulsory system,junior middle school Chinese not only shoulders the heavy responsibility of excavating students' potential,improving the quality of education and improving the graduation rates,but also affects the key period and important subject of the formation of students' core accomplishment.Therefore,the scientific management and utilization of classroom time in junior high school Chinese subjects will play a key role in improving the life and teaching efficiency of teachers and students,optimizing classroom time management is not only the key to promote the overall development of students,but also a necessary way to promote the professional development of teachers,and it is also a realistic need to deepen the curriculum reform.However,the importance of classroom time management in our country is still to be improved,especially some basic subjects in compulsory education.Therefore,the investigation and research on the current situation of classroom time management of Chinese teachers in junior middle schools,will be helpful to put forward the targeted optimization and improvement strategies from the practical aspects of subjects and learning segments,in order to strengthen teachers' time view and time management ability,strengthen time moral sense and sense of responsibility,help teachers and students to obtain more disposable time,with limited class time,we can inspire the unlimited development potential of teachers and students,acquire more comprehensive development space and opportunity,and achieve a colorful life together.In order to make a more comprehensive review of the existing research,and get more inspiration from the existing literature.At first,the author analyzes the research status of "classroom time" and "classroom time management" from both foreign and domestic aspects.Then,in order to study the influence and function of the past classroom time management experience of junior middle school Chinese teachers on the present and future classroom time management,I designed the questionnaire and interview outline of "the present situation of classroom time Management of Chinese Teachers in Junior Middle School",and the survey plan is implemented mainly in Sichuan,Chongqing,Shanxi,Yunnan and Guangdong provinces.Through the statistics and comparison of the past,present and future classroom time management of junior high school Chinese teachers in terms of cognition,emotion and behavior,etc.The author found: The cognition of junior middle school Chinese teachers in the value and importance of classroom time needs to be strengthened;In terms of behavior over time,the teachers have accumulated more time management experience,and their class time management skills is constantly changing and developing,on the whole,it is based on the past,based on the present and looking forward to the future.In addition,compared with urban and rural areas,urban teachers' cognition,emotion and behavior of classroom time management are generally higher than those in rural areas;and there are also obvious differences in demographic variables such as teaching age,gender and school level.In order to put forward effective strategies for improving the classroom time management of junior middle school Chinese teachers,the author believes that it is necessary to make a deep attribution analysis of its influencing factors,and to pay little attention to the development of classroom time management ability for junior middle school Chinese teachers.Lack of knowledge sharing awareness among teachers and lack of experience exchange in classroom time management.The problems such as insufficient exchange of experience in classroom time management between teachers of different genders,insufficient attention to classroom time management of teachers in schools with poor resource conditions and the need to improve the theoretical literacy of teachers in classroom time management,etc.To explore the specific strategies to improve junior middle school Chinese teachers' awareness and ability of classroom time management,to continuously enhance the regulation of the level of classroom time management,so as to improve the use of classroom teaching time and improve the teaching quality,a realistic possibility for the conjugate students andteacher's development.
