It is an indisputable fact that these are large number of weak schools in China which seriously affected the balanced development of compulsory education process.Promoting the balanced development of compulsory education is an effective way to improve of weak schools and it plays an important role in promoting the healthy development of education.Since the end of the nineteenth century,the Government has incorporated the improvement of weak schools into its priorities and promulgated a series of policies to promote the development of weak schools.The common characteristics of the weak school including poor conditions of school,the quality of teachers and students is relatively low,poor education and education is not high quality,school efficiency and social prestige.But the specific situation of the different weak schools is also different.Thus,there is no fixed pattern that has a good effect on all weak schools.With the development of society,people's understanding of the weak schools is more profound and comprehensive,and the governments of different regions have adopted effective and effective strategies for different weak schools.This study focuses on the improvement of the weak schools in Chongqing City.Chongqing is the only city in the central and western regions of China,with large rural areas and large cities coexist as a significant feature,is the western education construction of the highlands.But also the national urban and rural reform and development of the forward position.From 2000,Chongqing as a "national comprehensive urban and rural education reform pilot area",which reform and develop of urban and rural education in China model.Chongqing City has more than 10 years ofurban and rural compulsory education reform,which develop to explore a variety of ways to adjust the layout of education,to speed up the reform and development of rural education to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas as the main objective." lead goose reform.This study selected the " lead goose project " project primary school S and middle school A two weak schools as the research object.Through the questionnaire and interviews combined with the weak school conducted a deep study.Four sections of the implementation effect in " lead goose project " to improve the effect of the inspection standards.There is no significant difference between the two schools in the four dimensions of classroom teaching reform,school-based curriculum construction,education development and campus culture construction." lead goose project " on the weak school to improve the overall effect is better,but has not yet reached the desired value.The effect of classroom teaching and teaching efficiency is obvious,but the effect of improving teachers' professional quality is not significant.Weak schools focus on building a rich and varied curriculum while building school-based courses.School-based curriculum design ignores the characteristics of the school show,before the implementation of the curriculum teachers to accept the professional guidance is not enough,resulting in the implementation of the curriculum effect is not obvious.The effect of education development is the most significant,and the students' habits and learning habits are very effective.Campus culture construction,thin as the school too much emphasis on the external image of the school to create,thus ignoring the school's cultural accumulation.The top design of the collar project will lead to the improvement of the school on the surface,which is detrimental to the flexibility of the school to improve its work.Government too much administrative participation to reduce the weak leadership of the school,resulting in the lack of weak voice of the school;and " lead
