Crime,as a kind of serious damage to social activity,has been in focus,and female crime already exists as a social phenomenon,theory also to have certain research at home and abroad.Since reform and opening-up in our country,attaches great importance to a crackdown on crime,because of its relationship to the stability of the society,whether male or female crimes are very serious social harmfulness,and rarely in the theory and judicial practice from the gender perspective to analyze the characteristics of the crime,especially on the subject of women as a lack of attention.Influenced by Chinese traditional culture and the influence of gender differences,male crime rate is always higher than that of women,but can't ignore the along with the development of modernization,while advocating equality between men and women in China and more and more notice to protect women's rights,but the proportion of female crime is rising year by year.This needs us to cause attaches great importance to and pay close attention to the cause of female crime,in a timely manner to establish effective prevention system,protect the rights of women,female crime prevention.This article mainly is divided into three parts to study female crime.The first part is introduction to the theory of crime against women.First of all,introduce what is a female crime.Start from the definition of crime,crime is meaningful in the sense of crime,crime and form can therefore be crime against women respectively from a sense of female crime in both form and essence in the sense of female crime is defined,and in accordance with the statutory principle of crime,this paper studies mainly in the form sense of female crime of criminal law.Secondly,the scholars have different point of view analysis what is the characteristics of female crime in our country and eventually generalizations.Finally,analyzes the female what are main types,it mainly divided into,property law,tort,drug-related,pornography crime.The second part analyzes the main present situation and the main reason for the female crime.First introduces the status quo and development trend of female crime in our country.Secondly,mainly from two aspects: macro and micro analysis of the main reasons of female crime,mainly at the macro level is the social development and the social culture influence on female crime,mainly at the micro level is family,school,personal effects on female crime.The third part puts forward Suggestions for the perfection of female crime prevention.According to the basic theory of crime prevention,crime prevention can be categorized into general prevention and special prevention,therefore this article mainly from the two aspects of female crime prevention recommendations.In general prevention,mainly from the concept of guiding social role change,promote the protection of women's social security policy,implement law deterrence of crime,in the special prevention is mainly to strengthen the thoughts and ideas of female prisoners reformation,pay attention to the employment and life of female prisoners.Crime is the important factors that affect social stability and healthy development,whether male or female crimes are extremely harmful to the society.No doubt is the female crime is a society may affect the continuous and stable development of important issues,female subject in the current social role plays with the past completely different social roles,have the characteristics of the new era,with the proportion of female crime rising crime against women,reasonable and effective prevention of female crime is urgent,this needs us to female crime from the aspects of its theory and practice of paying more attention to.This paper hope through the study of female crime,build system of perfect female crime prevention system,safeguard social rights of women,to ensure social order is stable,healthy and continuous development.
