Objective: To study the physical fitness test of physical education in the curricular college students through the 12-week new physical training model and the general physical training mode.It aims to explore whether the new physical training mode is beneficial to the university Performance professional cheerleading special course to carry out,in order to improve the level of cheerleaders to provide experimental reference for the coach in the future to develop physical training ideas to provide practical basis.Research methods: This article mainly through the literature,expert interviews,experimental methods and other research methods,from 2015 to perform professional cheerleading classes were randomly selected 20 people,respectively,as the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group adopted the new physical training mode,the control group using the general physical training mode,3 times a week,other teaching content are the same,after 12 weeks of teaching experiments,the physical quality of students to test,using Excel and SPSS17.0 The statistical analysis of the test data to P <0.05 was the significant difference level.Research result: 1.The results of the experimental group were 8.961 s,185.2cm,46.9 / min,28.74 cm,3.32 min,9.10 s respectively.The results of the experimental group were 9.25 s,177.3cm,35.4 / min and 22.65 cm,3.83 min,9.76 s respectively.The experimental group after 6 results were higher than the control group,P <0.05 showed a very significant difference.2.After the 12-week experiment,the 50 m score was 0.063 s higher than that before the experiment,but there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the P> 0.05.The score of the long jump was 5.3cm higher than that before the experiment,and the sit-up score was higher than that before the experiment Increased by 8.5 / min,seat flexion score than the experimental increase of 3.72 cm,800m score than the experimental increase of 0.289 min,"X" shaped forward and backward results than the experimental increase of 0.68 s,6 test results than before the experiment have improved,in addition to 50 m outside the other four results After comparing the Pvalues were <0.05,there was a significant difference.It shows that the scientific and rational use of the primary level of the soft ladder training,the core strength training flat support,weight training,regeneration training is conducive to improve the cheerleading special course students 5 physical fitness(sensitive coordination,strength,flexibility,speed,endurance)development.3.After the 12-week experiment,the control group had improved the score of 0.38 s compared with that before the experiment,and the jumping distance was 0.6cm higher than that before the experiment.The sit-ups were improved by 1.2 / min compared with the pre-test results.Body flexion score than the experimental increase of 0.17 cm,800m results before and after the experiment did not change,"X" shaped forward and backward results than the experimental increase of 0.12 s.Although the results of the control group were improved,P> 0.05 showed no significant difference.Research conclusion: 1.The use of subjects to master the direction of straight line training,horizontal training,and then line and level of the combination of primary soft ladder training methods,the cheerleading students in the development of sensitive and coordinated quality of students have a certain effect.2.The use of flat-panel support training in the elbow legs or legs elbow way of training,the effect is more suitable for cheerleading special students,arms and legs of the training is more suitable for students.Special students can use a single elbow legs or legs elbow training,by adjusting the length of support to control the load intensity,to achieve different practice results.3.Compared with the traditional training methods,ankle weight training practice not only can improve the strength of the lower limbs of the students,but also with other training methods,can improve the overall coordination,improve the overall training effect,more appropriate lala gymnastics special course physical training the request.
