| In this paper, speaking the movement project, Cheerleading is now very popular a kind of worldwide, the sport with its unique charm and value, is popular among many people. The Deaf are belong to the special group, they bare serious psychological inferiority complex, therefore in the deaf students in sport, the innovation of the traditional training methods should be down. This research deaf students with exercise training method as the research object, use the literature material method, interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, with four teaching special education school of Linfen secondary classes as experimental object,32 training class of training experiment was carried out; By using the method of mirror around in training, the training method of proprioception method, light conversion method and the traditional sports training methods of contrast experiment, testing different training methods of deaf students to master the movement of learning effect and the influence of mental quality. The experimental conclusions are as follows:(1) In the Cheerleading operation training, by applying the method of mirror around proprioception method, light conversion method of training method and the traditional sports training methods can improve the students'technical level, but the experimental class students to master the skill movements of the more faster, the Cheerleading technical level is significantly higher than that in comparative classes.(2) In the training of the training of mirror around, proprioception, training methods, such as lighting transformation method, can effectively improve deaf students' self-confidence, enhancing the students'interest in training, that would be a significant difference with the traditional sports training methods.(3) In deaf students in sport, helps to cultivate students correct cognitive self, interpersonal communication ability, improve the body quality, sets up the lifelong sports consciousness. |
