Objective:Tennis is a highly technical sport, and the ability to move in steps greatly affects the level of tennis technology.Modern tennis toward high speed, high skills, flexible the direction of rapid development, more and more manifests the reasonable accurate footwork ability the important position in tennis. Therefore,it is one of the problems for us to improve the mobility of tennis players and sports colleges."Ladder training" is currently one of the most advanced training methods in international mobile capability training. Its main is to make the practice personnel use ladder for lower limb movement practice, especially the footwork of practice, improve the ability of practicing personnel footwork movement training methods. In this paper to find a kind of effective development of sports school tennis professional teaching plan, the student's ability of footwork by review of the literature, follow the laws of students' body development and education psychology, combining with sports training principles, determined to use "ladder training" for teaching tennis footwork movement, intervention in the students' ability of footwork. Methods:The teaching experiment to choose xi 'an sports college sports education professional level 2015 20 students as experimental object, through the experiment before the test results are divided into experimental group and control group, and there were no significant differences.Using the method of documentary, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method to verify the practice achievement, through the experiment of related experts to determine the "ladder training" this experiment content and the content of the questionnaire, the experimental group using the "ladder training" to intervene, three times a week,a total of 48 hours, control group normal traditional teaching training. The two groups of students were tested before and after the test, with a six-sided bounce,a cross quadrant,a six-sided jump and a tennis skill assessment.Data was analyzed and compared using SPSS17.0 statistics software. This paper analyzes the effect of "ladders training" on the ability of students to move gait. Results:After 48 hours of study, the control group students a reverse layup at six grades improve 1.3 s,increase(3.95%)(p > 0.05),who got 0.06 s,cross quadrant(0.72%),(p > 0.05)who got 0.01 s,hexagonal(0.23%),(p > 0.05),the control group students grades check forehand and backhand success rate were 43% and 41% respectively. The experimental group students reverse layup at six grades improve 2.5 s,increase(4.87%)(P < 0.05),who got 0.16 s,cross quadrant increase(1.31%),(P < 0.05),who got 0.25 s,hexagon increase(1.73%),(P < 0.05),the experimental group students final forehand and backhand examination were 61% and 52% respectively. The study and the degree of satisfaction with "ladder training" is very high, thought has certain effect of 70%,10% think that is very useful, while only 10% think feel normal.Conclusions:1,"training ladder" and the traditional teaching method of tennis footwork movement to the movement ability of the students have greatly improved, but a reverse layup at six "ladder training",the improvement of cross quadrant jumped and hexagon have obvious difference, and improve more than the control group.2,the students in the experimental group performed better than the control group. In the feedback of the questionnaire, the students were found to be very receptive and cognitively to the "ladder training".3,the training of the ladders can improve the ability of the students to move the ball, and play the tennis technique better in the actual combat. Therefore,in the teaching of tennis,we should promote the practice of "ladder training" and the ability to move the pace of tennis.
