| As a fighting confrontation project,Taekwondo is not only a quick leg out of the leg method, but also a fast link to the leg movement. It is also reflected in the quick response to the opponent’s intention, fast movement and fast entry.Changes in the rules of the competition, changes in the venue, the athletes need to adjust in tactical use, more accurate in technical movements, and improve the rapid sensitivity of the movement of the footwork.Taekwondo’s sports skills and basic tactics are mainly based on footwork. The footwork movement ability directly determines the quality and effect of athletes’ various movement skills. The athletes effectively combine the game and tactical links through fast and flexible movement. Therefore, the movement of the footwork directly determines the performance of the athletes and even the final competition results. How to better improve the athlete’s foot movement technology, and then make the athlete’s skills and tactics play effectively,is one of the problems that the coaches have to solve.Research purposes: This paper starts from the actual needs of Taekwondo athletes, follows the rules of adolescents’ physical and mental development, combines the principles of sports training, and uses the ladder training as an intervention method to explore the influence of ladder training on athletes’ footwork movement ability.Research methods: Taking the first-line athletes of Hunan Sports School as the experimental object,30 athletes were selected as theresearch objects. The grouping of the experimental subjects was based on random principle,15 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group. The experiment adopts double-blind test to ensure the effective implementation of the experiment on the basis of ensuring the balance of conditions. The beginning and end of the training are consistent. The basic part of the experimental group is the ladder training content, and the control group is the normal training content.2 ladder trainings per week, each group training time is 60 minutes,a total of 12 weeks of intervention. The indexes selected by the two groups of athletes before and after the test were tested and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS statistics. It is analyzed whether the impact of the ladder training on the footwork mobility of the Taekwondo athletes has a significant effect.Discuss the differences and connections between the ladder training and the traditional training, provide a theoretical basis for the athlete training method, and further improve the scientific and practical training.Research results: After 12 weeks of ladder training, through the statistical analysis of the data, the ladder training and the traditional speed training have improved the footwork movement ability. The experimental group had significant effects in the improvement of the hexagonal jump, the cross quadrant jump, the "T" run and the improved Illinois score, while the improvement effect on the 4×10 meter was not obvious.Research conclusions: The diversity of the training methods of theladder and the interest in the training process make the participants more motivated than the traditional training. The ladder training is better for the athletes to use the footwork to move the footwork. In the combined step method, the athletes in the experimental group score better than the control group. The ladder training improves the athlete’s ability to move, accelerate and brake the lower limbs. |
