Research On Development Countermeasures And Analysis Of Discipline Direction Construction Of Sports Humanities Sociology In Gansu Universities

In the rapid development of science and technology,accelerating economic globalization background,culture plays an important role to the development of the times people are put on the reform of higher education,personnel training needs,platform support,discipline of sports humanities sociology as an integral part of higher education should also keep up with the needs of economic and social development,good discipline construction the.Taking a comprehensive view of the research on the construction and development of sports discipline,the investigation and Research on the construction of teachers and the construction of venues are more.The research of sports discipline construction in Gansu mainly aims at the research of a subject in physical education construction.It lacks systematic and comprehensive investigation and research,and the countermeasure research is insufficient.This study adopts literature data method,expert scoring method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,mathematical statistics method,comparative method and other research methods,to the Gansu province university sports humanities and sociology discipline construction as the object of investigation,in Gansu Province,Northwest Normal University and the Lanzhou University of Technology sports humanities and Sociology discipline construction present situation systematically.On the basis of overall investigation,some suggestions are put forward in view of the existing problems and deficiencies.The preliminary conclusions of the study are as follows:1,the research direction of sports humanities and sociology in Gansu colleges and universities has its own research characteristics,but the sports humanities and sociology disciplines in each university are less scattered,and some research directions need to be improved.2,the Gansu Province ordinary university sports humanistic sociology has published a number of authoritative and core papers,but the project of national issues is not much,the number of textbooks and monographs to enhance academic exchanges and cooperation with foreign institutions is too small.3,Gansu province colleges and universities sports humanities and sociology discipline construction,national,provincial and ministerial level research base and the pace of construction of key disciplines need to speed up,many in a blank state.4,the construction of master of sports humanities and sociology in Gansu colleges anduniversities in the western region is in a better state,but compared with the whole country,there is still a big gap,and the construction of teaching staff continues to improve.5,the construction of Humanities and sociology of physical education in Colleges and universities in Gansu lags behind,the lack of doctoral construction,the construction of special points-a small amount,can not adapt to the development of sports in Colleges and universities in Gansu province.6,Gansu Province,construction of teachers in Colleges and universities,sports humanities and sociology to continue to adjust,the title structure,teacher-student ratio,teacher qualifications such as the need to improve,discipline and academic leaders,lack of talent,the number,the number of domestic and foreign teachers' training needs to continue to strengthen investment.7,the construction of sports humanities and sociology in Colleges and universities in Gansu Province,the quality of the project is small,the characteristics of specialty,teaching reform projects,high-quality courses,teaching awards,teaching masters,teaching teams and other construction needs to be promoted.8,the teaching and research environment construction of sports humanities and sociology in Gansu colleges and universities is not satisfactory,and the expenditure is too little.
