improve the college football management mechanism,increase policy support and enhance security,schools,media publicity,create a good atmosphere for college students to participate in football activities;strengthen the college football related hardware facilities and the football humanities environment construction,to improve College Students' participation in football interests and hobbies college football activities,increase of population,promote the sustainable development of College football.2,football teachers is the core of football teaching.Through the survey found that the lack of football teachers in Colleges and universities in Shenzhen,the number of football coaches qualified to get a small number of theoretical research enthusiasm is not high,heavy emphasis on Technology in football teaching,the phenomenon of light theory.Therefore,universities in Shenzhen should strengthen the importance of football teachers,strengthen the construction of teachers' team football;establish and improve the incentive mechanism,arouse the enthusiasm of teachers college football,college football coaches and improve the training system,strengthen the football teachers in regular assessment and training,improve the rationality of setting up football teaching courses.To improve the football teachers overall level of teaching and scientific research level,improve the Shenzhen city college football teachers' comprehensive ability.3,football teaching is the basic link of Shenzhen college football activities.Shenzhen City College Football Teaching in class,teaching
