An Analysis Of The Present Situation And The Countermeasures Of Zhongshan Youth Badminton Development

Adolescents are in the rapid development of physical and psychological,their height and weight are also in a period of rapid growth.They care about what others think of them,strong sense of independence and love challenges.Badminton,as a small-scale ball game,attracts the participation of contemporary teens and is beneficial to physical and mental exercise.In recent years,with the relevant concern and support of the Zhongshan municipal departments,the school gymnasium supporting the construction of badminton as indoor ball games is slowly favored by young people of all ages.As badminton is not restricted by the venue,appropriate sports strength,interesting and elegant which meets the needs of the students,promotes physical and mental health of students,cultivates students’ personality,enhances the overall quality of students and the quality of life.In the words of today’s quality education,the school carries out a young students love sports,in particular,can be developed for a lifelong training project is of little significance.Badminton is an effective supplement to improve the comprehensive quality of students.Since 2007,the Zhongshan Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau approved the establishment of the Zhongshan Badminton Association,Zhongshan City badminton has been booming,badminton enthusiasts continue to increase,the number of people participating in badminton at various ages.Business units are increasingly supporting the unit staff to participate in this campaign,setting up amateur badminton clubs,and the number of various clubs will also continue to grow.Zhongshan City education department of the development of youth badminton proposed the "nurturing new seedlings,developing badmintons" development concept.Popularize the development of badminton from childhood,from the school extracurricular sports grabbed and from youth training.In recent years,in the promotion of Zhongshan Badminton Association,the development of badminton sports in Zhongshan city has made great achievements.It as a new play badminton sport,there are still some problems in the development process,such as,some difficulties in the operation.This psssage takes Zhongshan city as an example,to discuss and research the youth badminton movement development.This article investigates the present situation of badminton in 15 primary and secondary schools in five townships of Zhongshan City by means of literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.And puts forward constructive suggestions on the existing problems,aims toprovide reference and lessons for the sustainable development of the badminton in the surrounding cities of Zhongshan City.The results show that: 1,in Zhongshan city,teachers and badminton venue and facilities in primary and secondary schools are insufficient,and the curriculum is not reasonable which limits the development of badminton of youth.2,the proportion of young amateur badminton club in Zhongshan city is low,and the distribution is not reasonable enough,resulting in youth amateur badminton development is not balanced.3,Zhongshan City Youth Badminton Sports in the selection,the coach equipped,training mode is not comprehensive enough,existing problems,which restrict the development of youth athletic badminton sport.4,as the relevant departments do not paid enough attention,badminton culture information dissemination closed,lack of incentives and other factors,affecting the school,amateur feather club and athletic badminton development.The main countermeasures and suggestions are as follow: speed up the badminton field and equipment construction,improve the utilization rate of venues facilities,strengthen macro-management,and further improve the development of sports facilities and the system formulated and promulgated;establish youth badminton sports club,and improve the youth badminton club service system,straighten out the relationship with the relevant management departments,expand the social development space,and further get social support;increase the publicity of badminton campaign in schools,take efforts to improve the school leaders and parents of badminton sports attention and increase investment.The teachers of the sports group should combine their own conditions to optimize the structure of the sports curriculum,make the badminton into the physical education classroom,and optimize the teaching organization form,create an interesting teaching mode of education and stimulate students’ interest in learning,and unity the badminton association,innovative training mode,through the declaration of bid "gifted training base" to train teaching into a cooperative mode,so as to achieve win-win situation;broaden the channels of communication,and carry out the youth of all ages sports exchange actively,build a home-school joint promotion network,focus on the development of youth physical and mental health services,the formation of lifelong sports services,and create social effects constantly.
