Web Social Work In The Reconstruction Of Gay's Wife's Life

Gay's wife is a special and hidden vulnerable groups,they are lonely and little-known,facing various life difficulties but isolated and helpless.This paper attempts to introduce a kind of social work of the emerging-web social work into the gay's wife field,combined with the characteristics of the web of social work intervention which fit,increase the gay's wife through the help of specialization and occupation of the service,to achieve the goal of life reconstruction.In this study,the qualitative research method was used to observe the long-term virtual field of the active online community of the gay's wife group,and the quasi-web social workers who made full use of their own advantages to provide volunteer service for the same wife were found and excavated.16 of them conducted in-depth interviews.This paper analyzes the status quo of their involvement from the perspective of professional social work and on the basis of Maslow's theory of demand hierarchy and the theory of social work empowerment as the theoretical framework to explore the feasibility and practice of professional web social work Case method.The study found that most of the quasi-web social workers who provided volunteerism had the same status as gay's wife or gay's girlfriend,and that they provided temporary,random,and unstable fragmentation services for present gay's wife based on their own experience.These services have helped gay's wives but there is the role of the service itself is unclear,professional problems and services in the process of professional relations unstable,lack of supervision and guidance and management issues.Second,the professional web of social work in the intervention with the gay's wife of this new group will face the low degree of professional recognition and extreme defense,but because of its traditional social work does not have to break the geographical restrictions,to achieve mutual Subjective professional relationship and strong interaction and other advantages,and the interaction with the virtual identity of the same team to meet the needs of the gay's wife with a stable professional relationship,to provide long-term and continuous professional services The Finally,this study draws on the successful experiences of the online social workers and the three working methods of the traditional social work,and makes use of the advantages of the network social work to explore the new cases of network cases,groups and community social work Methods to help them enhance the individual,interpersonal,social three levels of power,to rebuild a new life.
