| Guangdong province men's volleyball has a brilliant achievement,in the 70 s led China's guangdong province men's volleyball volleyball,but with the improvement of volleyball competition and their own performance significantly,and result in guangdong province men's volleyball in the 90 s in five years' time in the dissolved state,although the team in 1998 to form,and five years of reserve talented person in the blank,causing depression reserve talented person chain can meet the demand of the guangdong province men's volleyball,lead to guangdong province men's volleyball has prominent gradually into decline,want to make guangdong province men's volleyball to rise again,to find and solve the men's volleyball all levels of the existing defect of the echelon construction,and continuously explore to find suits own development strategy.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods to investigate the construction status of Guangdong Province Men's Volleyball Reserve Echelon.The investigation can help to explore and find the problems and shortcomings in the construction of the men's volleyball reserve echelon,and to promote the training and construction of the team.It can also help to improve the quality of the reserve echelon.These analyses can provide a useful reference for the revitalization and long-term development of the Guangdong province men's volleyball team.Research shows:(1)Guangdong Province men's volleyball reserve echelon lacks local players lack and the foreign players introduce excessive.(2)Guangdong Province men's volleyball reserve echelon training and recovery means a single,the training,rehabilitation and protection facilities of all levels of team are not perfect,athlete' s injury probability is high.(3)Guangdong Province men's volleyball reserve echelon training unit pays not enough attention to the athletes' cultural learning(especially the second team),athletes training and learning contradictions are still prominent,athletes learning interest is not high.(4)The relevant sports events hold less in Guangdong Province,the men's volleyball reserve echelon has not enough competition funds.The competition system and competition management are not perfect,and athletes have less chance to join thecompetition and they lack experience.(5)The athlete protection mechanism is not perfect.(6)The athlete file and reward and punishment system of Guangdong Province men's volleyball reserve echelon need to be improved.The overall ability of the coaches and scientific awareness also need to be strengthened,and the overall construction of the coach team also need to be improved.(7)The athletes and parents of Guangdong Province Men's Volleyball Youth Team have a lower passion to go a professional road. |
