With the transfer of rural surplus labor force to the city,forcing many children to stay home,most left-behind children would choose a boarding school,because of the special education and environment,students attend a boarding school would have a variety of problems,including the lack of affection,mental depression,school life is dull.The middle school stage is the key period of student life in this stage,children belonging to adolescence,there will be a certain degree of reverse psychology,especially in boarding school children,they are a very special group of children in this stage,far from the family,to dormitory life,most of the children will have a school life to the bad The problem.Therefore,this research is based on the current situation of X school boarding school students meet,through empirical research,analysis of X school students to adapt to the problems in school,through case work and group work intervention methods,the use of school social work theory,values,methods and techniques,to explore the role of school social work to solve such problem.This article mainly from the boarding school left-behind children adapt to the status quo,combined with the author in Anlong county X middle school internship experience,to the boarding school students as the main research object,the adaptive problems as the research content,in Anlong county X middle school as the starting point.Firstly,the background,significance,research ideas,research methods and so on the second relates to the topic;the concept in the literature review,the research needs of the theory and research status at home and abroad are described;then according to the investigation of Anlong county middle school X questionnaires and interviews,the boarding school students to adapt to the situation in detail;then according to Anlong county X middle school boarding school students to adapt to the situation,analysis of Boarding Students School adaptation of the problem,analyzing the needs of the service object,then according to the problems and needs,introducing the concept of school social work,case work and group work method to explore intervention service;at the end of the X School of social work practice summary and reflection,from practical experience.And put forward some suggestions.
