| With the rapid development of China’s economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the rural youth labor force is pouring into urban workers more and more,and there are more and more left-behind children in rural areas.In recent years,it has the society in recent years.In remote rural areas,left-behind children have to choose boarding schools because of the long distance and difficult journey after entering junior high school.However,the education,environment and other aspects of boarding schools can not be guaranteed,the teaching facilities are uneven,the school environment is relatively poor,coupled with the lack of care for left-behind children,can not be timely care and psychological guidance,after entering a new environment is difficult to adapt.Especially in the junior middle school stage,in the key period of study,the students in this period are in adolescence,the left-behind children are emotionally missing,learning,psychological pressure is greater,and it is more difficult to adapt to the life of boarding school without any solution.This paper,based on the present situation of the adaptability of boarding schools for left-behind children,combined with the author’s internship experience in the first middle school of Y Town,Henan Province,takes the boarding left-behind children in the first middle school of Y Town as the research object,and adopts the research methods of literature method,interview method and questionnaire method.This paper focuses on the study of the adaptability of boarding schools for left-behind children.Based on the analysis of the basic situation of left-behind children in the first middle school,the present situation of school adaptation is analyzed,which mainly includes life,study,psychology and interpersonal communication.Finally,the group work intervention service is evaluated and reflected.It is hoped that it can provide reference for the future scholars’ research on the social work of rural left-behind children. |
