| Emotional support is a kind of non-material support behavior derived from the external environment,which is an important condition to construct the positive psychological quality.Children’s emotional support mainly comes from their living and learning environment,and family,school and community are important fields for children to obtain emotional support.Generally speaking,mutual support and supplement of external environment can effectively solve the problem of insufficient emotional support in a certain area.Even left-behind children without parents can have relatively sufficient emotional support from schools and peers,which can meet the emotional support of children’s development to a certain extent.Boarding school left-behind children on the one hand faces the parents long-term migrant workers family emotional support,on the other hand,facing the boarding school teachers limited energy is difficult to effectively make up for the emotional company of parents,family,coupled with the community living environment,boarding school left-behind children in emotional disadvantage.Compared with other children,left-behind children in boarding schools feel more lonely,and they are weak,lack of initiative and have more interpersonal withdrawal behaviors.This paper takes the left-behind children in D boarding primary school as the research object,and studies the lack of emotional support for left-behind children in boarding schools by means of questionnaire survey method,interview method,and participatory observation method.The study mainly discusses four contents: first,through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of left-behind children in boarding primary schools,Summarize the influence of left-behind children and insufficient emotional support on left-behind children;The second is to analyze the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention in the insufficient emotional support of left-behind children in boarding primary schools;Third,to summarize and sort out the case work and group work with the support of social support theory and ecosystem theory;Fourth,through professional evaluation and reflection,Put forward the construction of the family,community,school as the main body;Emotional support system for left-behind children in boarding schools with social work as a platform.Finally,this study concluded that social work is effective in addressing the lack of emotional support for left-behind children in boarding schools.Through case work,enhance the self-identity of left-behind children in boarding schools from the micro level,enhance the emotional communication and emotional communication between their parents,teachers and peers,and enhance the emotional support of families,teachers,students and peers.Through group work,the emotional expression ability of left-behind children in boarding schools,their parents and peers should be improved,and master and use emotional support skills to increase emotional interaction,so as to solve the problem of insufficient emotional support and help the left-behind children grow up healthily. |
