The capacity for scientific innovation can promote the rapid development of society,therefore,people's capacity for scientific innovation must be improved to adapt to the fast change of modern society.Nowadays,infant scientific education has attracted much attention in area of education.Kindergarten teaching activity is the main route of infant scientific education and teachers play an important role in educational and teaching activities.Generally speaking,the preparation is the initial phase of teaching.The infants in the top class are in the critical period of scientific research,but most of preschool teachers have trouble in the preparation phase of scientific education.The teaching preparation status quo of scientific education activities conducted by teachers in the top class in three kindergartens of Baoding Province is investigated and analyzed by the questionnaire survey,the interview,the case analysis method and the observation method.The thesis,through the investigation,has found some problems centering the teacher basic situation,the development of scientific education activities,the teaching resources,teachers' science professional knowledge preparation,the preparation for infants and the teaching plan of scientific education activities.For instance,actual scientific education activities would be of lower frequency and keep an irregular schedule;kindergarten leaders attach less importance to scientific education activities;the teaching material preparation is sufficient,but less various or adaptable;teachers have limitations on the environment creation;teachers' science professional knowledge is not systematic;teachers are lake of understandings about the mistake experience of infants;teachers' teaching aims are not clear and the teaching plan is off the infant life;the teaching process is short of the exploratory learning and so on.The thesis analyzes the reasons of these problems and puts forward correlated suggestions.
