Strengthening the construction of high school teachers is an inevitable requirement to adapt to the needs of high school education,but also to improve the quality of high school education.Due to the backward economic and social development,the construction of high school teachers is relatively backward,which seriously affects the quality of local high school education.In order to improve the less developed area high school teaching quality and to promote less developed high school teachers team construction,this study in Luanping county as a case study,the integrated use of interviews,questionnaires,observation method,discusses the county high school teachers troop construction present situation and problems existing in it,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.After research,the main conclusions are as follows:The main problems existing in the construction of high school teachers in Luanping County include: the teachers' professional quality is not high,the sense of professional identity is low,the teachers' team is not stable,the age is more prominent,and the continuing education training is not in place,etc..At the same time,the reasons for these problems are analyzed.After analysis,and points out that the salary is low,do not have a high degree of social identity of teachers,teachers and non-loss program,to re education funds investment insufficiency,the incentive mechanism is not perfect.According to the problems found in the research,we put forward the countermeasures to improve the construction of the high school teachers in Luanping county.The research thinks: must pay attention to training and education performance,promote the business level of vocational teachers to improve,to shape the overall image of professionalism,improve vocational teachers social status;to improve the employment,strengthen the preparation of teachers management;should increase investment,guarantee high school teachers reasonable interest demands;to improve the incentive mechanism,arouse the enthusiasm of the teachers.
