With the continuous reform of college sports teaching in Colleges and universities and innovation,adhere to the "health first,lifelong sports,people-oriented" as the guiding ideology of teaching,combined with the actual situation of the University,for all students set up a variety of sports courses,these courses are also accompanied by the continuous improvement of the teaching reform of the school,the "three independent" the sports option class to carry out the most extensive,most universities have as their main teaching mode.Therefore,through the study of public sports elective courses,not only to further accelerate the curriculum reform and improve the existing sports teaching mode,has practical significance and role in the development of students,but also to develop the habit of lifelong exercise exercise ability.Based on reviewing the literature of pathology education theory and practice achievement on the basis of the research on educational tools and reverse perspective,using a questionnaire survey method,literature method,open to the public elective course of physical education in China in 211,pathological symptoms in the deposit,pathogenic factors and Countermeasures in in the practice of teaching system are analyzed,the conclusion is:First,China's current 211 university public physical education teaching syllabus is based on the new "Outline" requirements,combined with the actual situation of their own making;public physical education curriculum in various types,with "0+4",the sports curriculum the emergence of a new type of "1+3/7";elective program not less than 20,and there is greater regional characteristics for the students;learning evaluation in Colleges and universities for students in teacher evaluation;school gymnasiums in universities,teachers difficult to meet the needs of students of option project,the stadium is open;the students of elective course satisfied;most of the students in class attitude college students;sports elective learning motivation of diversification.Two,set up on the basis of the investigation,the 211 college sports elective course in the implementation of education put forward from the perspective of Pathology,(a)in the target function,the effectiveness of existing elective course deficiencies,education waste form of teaching elective course has not been fully recognized and most of the students of the university sports teaching object the.(two)the self maintenance functions,some students lack the correct understanding of public physical education;teaching contents,teaching methods,program methods cannot meet the needs of the students;option class volume overload;elective hours is not enough education conflicts.(three)in the aspect of foreign relations,the government,the society and the family have not enough support to the public sports elective courses,and the lack of the implementation of the relevant policy documents.(four)in the aspect of internal relations,there areinsufficient funds for sports,lack of facilities and facilities,limited level of teachers,lack of fairness in education and unequal educational evaluation standards.Three,in-depth analysis of the pathology of the pathological symptoms of Public Physical Education in 211 colleges and universities in the implementation of the internal factors of these problems include student sports foundation,technical level is uneven;students' learning motivation is not clear;the school leaders attach importance to sports elective course is not enough;the elective course teaching practice migration etc..The external pathogenic factors include the over protection of the students,the excessive relationship between the students' academic achievements,the social utility factors,the lack of relevant policies,and so on.Four,in view of the above "disease",from the three different levels of the proposed treatment program: immune protection,the establishment of a security mechanism;suit the remedy to the case,optimize the teaching of physical education.
