| Core strength training as a new means of strength training,the study of core strength was first used in the field of sports rehabilitation in the West.Later,with the continuous deepening of the research,the core strength has been widely used in the field of sports training.After being introduced into our country,the core strength training has been rapidly applied to the training of various sports events,and has achieved good training results.Has been recognized by the vast number of coaches and scientific research scholars.The reason is that the core strength training focuses more on the training of deep-seated muscles and small muscles,and exercises the core muscle groups from different dimensions by taking various core strength training actions in the unstable state,so as to exercise the core muscle groups in different dimensions.To achieve the purpose of training deep-seated muscles,thus achieving a good exercise effect.Tennis,as a whole sport,has higher requirements for the core strength,especially forehand stroke,and the core part plays the role of transmitting the strength of the upper and lower extremities.The strength of the core is the key to the whole batting process.In the course of forehand batting,tennis players can only improve the batting speed to the maximum extent on the basis of ensuring the success rate of batting,so that they can occupy the dominant position in the game,and then prepare for the flexible use of tactics in the game.Forehand hitting ability is particularly important in tennis.Therefore,in order to further study the application of core strength training in tennis events,this paper intends to interview experts in related fields through consulting relevant literature and materials on the basis of the research on core strength training.Taking 20 male tennis second-class players in Shandong Province as the experimental object,the core strength training was applied to the experimental groupand the core stability,body coordination and forehand hitting ability were selected.By comparing with the traditional strength training results of the control group,it is found that the core strength training can significantly improve the body coordination,core stability and forehand hitting ability of tennis players.Not only that,At the same time,the improvement of core stability and coordination has a positiveeffect on the forehand batting ability of athletes.The results are as follows:(1)The stability of athletes is related to the acquired training,such as the training of scientific means and methods of core strength for 8 weeks.The results show that the core stability of athletes in the experimental group(left side bridge test).The right side bridge test,waist flexion test,etc.,were significantly improved compared with those before the experiment,while the core stability index of the control group was also improved,but the range of the increase was not significant.It shows that the core strength training has positive significance for improving the core stability of tennis players.(2)After 8 weeks of core strength training,the physical coordination of the athletes in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with that before the experiment,while in the control group,the physical coordination indexes(cross-tapping,cross-jumping,cross-tapping,cross-jumping)were significantly improved.Rhythm running and other indicators)although there is an increase but not obvious,there is no significant difference.It shows that the core strength training has a great help to improve the body coordination of tennis players.(3)After 8 weeks of core strength training,the experimental group and the control group showed significant difference in forehand stroke speed and success rate.It is proved fully that the scientific nature of the training methods and methods of the core strength will significantly improve the ability of tennis players to hit the ball in the forehand,and the effect on the application of psychological,technical and tactical abilities of the players will be reflected in the competition.(4)At the end of the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in core stability and body coordination,indicating the improvement of the core stability and body coordination of tennis players.It also plays a significant role in improving the forehand batting ability of tennis players at different levels. |
