Purpose: this thesis is trying to explore work pressure and job satisfaction on the degree of influence between job burnout and the relationship between them in teachers from rural junior middle schools,to probe into the relations among the job pressure,job staisfaction and the job burnout and put forward the stratagies on how to relieve the theachers' job burnout;Methods: Conducted a questionnaire survey and analysis to 713 teachers in rural middle schools in X city,using "Teachers' job burnout scale ","Teachers' job satisfaction scale" and "Teacher job stress scales".Results:(1)the level of job burnout in rural teachers is not serious.Degree of depersonalization of male teachers is significantly higher than female teachers.The Emotional exhaustion from teachers in charge of a class is more serious than that of the other teacher's.second-grade teachers had the highest score on the dimensions of Emotional exhaustion and the decrease of personal accomplishment.Emotional exhaustion and the decrease of personal accomplishment through Dimension from the second-grade teacher in secondary schools is alomost the highest ones.Teachers with 10-11 years' experience is higher than the others.Those who score high on depersonalization and Emotional exhaustion are alomost the one with more than 10 years teaching experience;(2)On the whole work felt the pressure of teachers in rural.Different gender of teachers feel pressure difference did not reach significant level.Teachers in charge of a class and students both feel more presses that others.Teachers graduated from secondary schools feel more pressed that those from colleges.So do the second-grade teacher in secondary schools and the teachers with 11-15 years of teaching experience.(3)teachers' job satisfaction is of a medium level and gender difference is not obvious.The degree of satisfaction with interpersonal relationship rises along with the increase of the degree.Teachers with different degrees have significant differences on the Leadership and management.The teachers of different professional posts also have significant differences on salaries,working environment and job.The job satisfaction is much related to the teaching experience.(4)job turnout and the three dimesions including the,the decrease of personal accomplishment and depersonalization,are related to the job pressure positively and have a negative correlation with job satisfaction.The workload affects the teachers' Emotional exhaustion most.And the nterpersonal relationship influences the the decrease of personal accomplishment and depersonalization most.
