Researches on occupation burnout started in 1970.Although it has been analyzed from various angles,there are still some aspects ignored by the scholars.The need of junior middle school P.E teachers as the entry point of this thesis,the junior middle school P.E teachers in Qujing,Yunnan Province as the researching object,the thesis analyzes the situation of their occupation burnout with the help of literature data method,interview method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method and so on.The analysis mainly includes the situation of the five dimensions of their needs(self growth need,teaching development needs,survival need,social support need,and autonomy needs)and the situation of the three dimensions of their occupation burnout(emotional breakdown,depersonalization,and low sense of achievement)to reveal the situations and relations of their needs and occupation burnout.This thesis tries to offer a certain help for improving the teachers' personal ability,professional quality,and teaching efficiency;stimulating their work enthusiasm;releasing their sense of occupation burnout under the condition of personal needs are basically satisfied.And this thesis can provide a more scientific base and a better theoretical reference for improving the construction and management of the P.E teachers of the junior middle schools in Qujing.The research results are as follows:(1)The situation of the satisfaction of the P.E teachers of junior middle school in Qujing: the highest level is the needs of self growth.And the nationality,teaching years,education background,job title,monthly income,school type,school location and class advisor of a teacher all have a great influence on his situation of satisfaction in the five dimensions.(2)The performance of the P.E teachers' occupation burnout of the junior middle school in Qujing is that the most serious is emotional exhaustion,and then is depersonalization,and the last is the sense of achievement.The age,nationality,teaching years,marital status,and monthly income of a teacher all affect his degrees of occupation burnout in the three dimensions.(3)The condition of the five dimensions of need of the P.E teachers of junior high schools in Qujing is significantly worse than the condition of the three occupation burnout.There are significant differences between the two conditions.(4)There is a significant correlation between the three dimensions of job burnout and the five dimensions of the satisfaction of the P.E teachers' needs in Qujing junior high schools.And with the help of the analysis of structural equation model,the situation of the teachers' occupation burnout can be predicted by analyzing the condition of the teachers' satisfaction.
