Study Of The Application Of "Peace Culture" In The Campus Cultural Construction

“Peace culture” is one of the great parts in Chinese traditional culture and its applicatio n in the construction of campus culture is very important to the growth of the teachers and the students.It is also significant to the sustainable development of the harmonious school.Durin g the process of building a harmonious society,how to intermingle the concept of harmony wi th education is a new proposition of educational management.This paper,taking the X Middle School for example,aims to study how to apply “Peace culture” into the construction of harmonious campus management,and then puts forward to s ome suggestions to improve the effectiveness of its application.It covers five parts.The first part,the preface,mainly introduces the background,the significance,the methods to study an d the present study development.The second part defines “Peace culture” and analyzes its infl uence on the campus culture construction.The third part introduces “Peace culture” constructi on in X Middle School and summarizes its achievement and problems.The fifth part from the aspects of concept cognition and school management,analyzes the important influential facto rs during the construction.The last part raises some suggestions and measures to further the re form of “Peace culture” campus construction: reinforce the concept of “Peace culture”,establi sh “Peace culture” management system,further “Peace culture” development of teaching staff and build “Peace culture” campus environment.
