Nowadays,Madagascar’s economy continued a rapid growth.With this,Madagascar needs to be more Intensive,modernize,industrialize and marketable.Madagascar is facing two critical problems.Firstly,the general social labor are desperately lack of skill training.Secondary,the Industrial structure updated and senior technicians are very rare.All kinds of industry not only need many engineers,scientist and managers but also need more highly qualified staff.Madagascar has a population of 22.92 million people,and the national economy on agriculture,including agricultural population accounts for over 80% of the total.Vigorously develops vocational education,properly integrate the education resource,constantly improve the national education system and improve the employ-ability are the way to solve the problems.So,what we need to do is that to set up a vocational educational systems which is fit for the local situation.What else,to study in the vocational educational systems,we need to refer to the experience of developed countries and developing countries.China ’ s vocational education promote development of Chinese national economy,and plays a important role in the educational system.After the 2nd World War,china has a rapid development with the reform of vocational education which is also shows that the economy and the vocational education have much relations.China and Madagascar are developing countries.Economic basis decides the superstructure,decides the country’s education policies making.China’s vocational education starting in the 1860 s industrial education.It has a history of more than 130 years.The development of China’s vocational education is a very precious experience to Madagascar.This article did a systematic study ont Chinese experience about the aspects above while introduced the the vocational education,implement policy,the effects and lessons of Africa.It has a critical model significance on the revolution of African vocational education.At the beginning of the article,the topic selection background and sense will be defined.This paper mainly used documentary method and comparative study on thefour sides below to do a systematically research on the vocational education between China and Madagascar : The first is the introduction of the basic condition,development history and confronting problem of Madagascar vocational education.And put forward the problem about development trend of Madagascar.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of china’s vocational education,and analysis the enlightenment from china.Thirdly,the comparison of China’s and Madagascar’s period of vocational education,development status,and the objective of the measures.Last,through out the comparison,we give our settlement of vocational education in Madagascar.
