The role of teachers is gradually recognized with the deeply reforming of basic music education in China. Music teachers'specialization is new requirement with the educational reforming. At the same time, teachers'specialization is a developing direction of education in the world and natural result of developing modern education. Deng Xiaoping said,"National education rests with education; educational hope rests with teachers."Whether the reforming of music education can achieve success or not has close relation with the extent of Music teachers'specialization.The thesis expatiates on the significance of music teachers'specialization according to the analysis of teachers'specialization and brings up the ameliorative and constructive strategies by enumerating the development instances of music teachers'specialization of America,German,Japan and combining with China's situation . Some basic requirements are brought up for the ability and quality of teachers'specialization.The writer thinks that we must have a group of teachers of comparatively high quality and ability if we want to build the subject very well and combine the content with the practice of reforming of music education. The thesis hopes to find some reference in music teachers'specialization by a comparative study of the basic education in China foreign contries, to improve the specialization of colony and individual and drive the course of music teachers'specialization in our country by comparing our country with other countries.
