" Four Steps Teaching Mode " focuses on students' lifelong development.The implementation of " Four Steps Teaching Mode " includes four links: project setting--project implementation--communication display--evaluation motivation.Students are actively involved in the implementation of the project by setting reasonable projects;Explore solutions to problems through group collaboration.The basic idea of " Four Steps Teaching Mode " is "never underestimate the ability of a student".The core content of " Four Steps Teaching Mode " is to transform the teacher's teaching way and the way of students' learn.The " Four Steps Teaching Mode " started from the classroom and then developed into the education field: theme class meeting,family education,social practice and so on.A middle school in Shijiazhuang was studied.The main research point is the biology learning.In the study,combining the psychological characteristics of students,the teaching mode of " Four Steps Teaching Mode " was further improved.And perfect student education teaching practice,analysis of the questionnaire.It cultivates students' autonomous learning,self development,self education and self management,and other aspects.The results indicate that " Four Steps Teaching Mode " accords with the development law of the students' body and mind.The students grow up in the " Four Steps Teaching Mode ",which is to some extent autonomous learning,self-development and self-management.Through experiential learning and activities,students develop the ability to think and innovate independently,Motivated students to participate actively and explore interests.It also enhances students' ability to identify problems,raise questions,analyze problems and solve problems,and communicate and cooperate.The author combines many years of teaching practice and finds that the " Four Steps Teaching Mode " also has some shortcomings in practice.By observing and analyzing the changes of middle school students in class,class meeting,family education and social practice.For the shortcomings of the " Four Steps Teaching Mode ",the author in-depth studies from the perspective of "teacher"," Four Steps Teaching Mode " in theimplementation of the teaching mode,and on how to set up a reasonable project timely,appropriate evaluation and inspiration.Think deeply about the "students" in the " Four Steps Teaching Mode ".Students are better at teamwork and communication,and the goal is to improve learning efficiency in the end.Through in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of the " Four Steps Teaching Mode " in the course of implementation,to provide valuable reference for teachers and schools to better implement the " Four Steps Teaching Mode ".And it provides reference for the effective execution of the new teaching schema." Four Steps Teaching Mode " started in the classroom.This model has achieved a good effect in the classroom teaching,so the " Four Steps Teaching Mode " focuses gradually extended to the field of education,including theme class meetings,family education and social practice."
