For a long time,the construction of cadre team in school classes at all levels and in all types of schools in China has been carried out as an important means of standardized management,with more emphasis on obedience management for the class cadre team.In the increasingly open information era,high school students are increasingly pursuing personalized development and have certain ability to assert their own ideas.In the reality of high school class cadre construction,there is a common contradiction that students have to obey teachers’ rules and regulations while striving for autonomy,and teachers want to cultivate students’ autonomy while students are highly dependent on teachers’ management.In a specific school education field,what is the practical model of the unification of the contradiction between the normative management of teachers and the pursuit of students’ autonomy? What factors influence this contradiction? How can the effectiveness of classroom management be improved while promoting students’ individualized development?This thesis mainly adopts a case study method and,guided by educational theory,conducts interviews with three class teachers,seven student cadres,several non-cadre students,and subject teachers in two classes of a case school to describe the actions and consequences of the relevant personnel in the cadre team construction.Based on the realistic description,the basic contradiction in the cadre team construction in high schools is analyzed from the perspective of the opposition and unity of regulation and autonomy,and then strategies are explored to promote students’ individual development while improving class management efficiency.The thesis begins with a historical review of the construction of cadre team in primary and secondary schools in China.Based on the characteristics and background of class cadre construction,the construction of class cadres since the founding of New China is divided into three successive stages: the establishment of class cadre system by drawing on the Soviet experience,the diversified exploration of class cadre construction after reform and opening up,and the construction of cadre team in the new era of basic education reform.The main factors that influenced the class cadre system in the historical process are summarized,such as the spirit of collectivism,the reform of education system,and the centralization and decentralization of education management,which provide the social,historical,cultural,and national policy and institutional background for understanding and analyzing the construction of class cadre team in the present.Secondly,the thesis describes and analyzes the construction of class cadre team in two different types of classes.Class A is a science class with grades in the second tier of the grade level,and the class education field has a more typical pyramid structure,with the class teacher at the top of the pyramid and having absolute authority in class management.The cadre team mainly executes tasks assigned by the class teacher and other school arrangements,and the construction of cadre team belongs to the authoritative democratic type.Class B is a humanities class with grades in the top tier of the grade level,and the class education field has a more typical flat network structure.The class teacher is not a supervising figure,but a "beside" guide and supporter,mainly playing a role in guiding and consolidating class management,and the building of class cadre team more reflects the need for students to manage and develop independently.Furthermore,the thesis analyzes the relationship between the power of institutionalized discipline in the classroom education field and students’ autonomous development in the process of class cadre building.On the one hand,the habitus in the education field provide basic norms for class cadre building and promote students’ autonomous development.On the other hand,students strive for autonomy in the the building of class cadre team,which in turn promotes the transformation of the education field.Based on the realistic analysis,the thesis analyzes the factors influencing the building of class cadre team in high school from both internal and external environments of the class.Within the class,teachers’ professional competence and philosophy are the key,students’ willingness and traits are the conditions,and good teacher-student and peer relationships are the foundation.The main external factors are the weakened concept of classroom community,classroom management under the pressure of further education,and the influence of campus culture.Finally,the thesis proposes three suggestions for improving the building of class cadre team in high school.First,to improve teachers’ class management ability,strengthen the communication and cooperation among teachers in school,and actively explore diversified ways of cadre team construction.Second,to improve the process training and evaluation in the construction of class cadres,improve the training stages and contents of class cadres,promote construction by evaluation,and carry out the evaluation of class cadre construction with wide participation of all parties.Third,to build harmonious teacher-student relationships and peer relationships in conflicts,and achieve coexistence in the education field.
