With the further deepening of the new curriculum reform in secondary schools,building a high quality and efficient physics classroom has become the primary teaching task for every physics teacher.As a physics teacher,how to achieve the three-dimensional goal in the classroom teaching from knowledge and skills,process and methods,emotional attitudes and values,and truly promote the comprehensive,independent and individual development,is also the problem to study and think for every physical teacher.Whether the classroom teaching mode is effective plays a very important role in the implementation of junior high school physics curriculum.On the basis of serious study of foreign teaching and the existing teaching models in China,we carefully studied all aspects of physics classroom teaching,and finally formed the "three strategies four stages five steps" efficient classroom model by combining the teaching practice in Physics Teaching in Yantai 14 th Middle School and adopting the methods of investigation,interview,document and practice.In "three strategies four stages five steps","three strategies" refers to the "tutor system,team system and comprehensive evaluation system";Four stages refers to the pre-class preview,classroom display,teacher coaching,timely consolidation;"five steps" refers to the actual classroom teaching "review detection,target interpretation,exchange Show,outward training,assignment".The main contents are as follows: Beginning with the common problems in the classroom teaching practice of junior middle school,this paper expounds the background of the problem,analyzes various successful teaching models in China,and briefly explains the meaning,content and methods of this research.This paper studies the theoretical basis and connotation of the model,and studies the necessity and value of the model in physics teaching.The model is applied to the actual physics teaching,and the concrete case study is given on how to implement the course model.The author puts forward some measures to make the model better combine with physics teaching.At last,the effect of the model in physics teaching is given.The direction of efforts in the next step and the outlook of the promoting value are also given.
