The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Mass Ice And Snow Movement In Zhangjiakou City Under The Background Of The Winter Olympics

In 2015,under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,under the warm care of general secretary Xi Jinping and with the support of the whole nation and the efforts of all the staff of the Olympic Games,Beijing joined hands with Zhangjiakou to get the right to host the 2022 Winter Olympic Games.As one of the host cities,Zhangjiakou will have unprecedented opportunities for development in the fields of politics,economy,culture,environment,education,sports and so on.Ice and snow sports play an important role in the history of world sports.He has become an important part of winter sports,competitive sports and winter sports culture for northern residents.This article will investigate and study the current situation of the development of the mass ice and snow movement in Zhangjiakou,and put forward some reasonable suggestions.Based on the methods of literature,investigation and interview,24 instructors in 3000 districts of Zhangjiakou three district(Qiaodong District,Qiaoxi District,Xuanhua District)and 8 ski resorts were investigated.Investigation on current situation of Zhangjiakou's mass of ice and snow sports,mainly from 6 aspects of research related concepts,participants,instructors,facilities,influencing factors and hidden advantages,summarizes the problems,and put forward reasonable suggestions for Zhangjiakou Volkswagen for better development of snow sports.The results of the study show that:1.Zhangjiakou ski scale is relatively large,and some snow is still under construction,through the investigation,it appears from the slide in the field of snow,snow all the construction of low and intermediate slide,although some snow slide yet advanced construction,but on the whole,the construction of a considerable number of senior slide.2.ice and snow sports participants have more males than females.The age range is generally 20 years old,-40 years old,and the income is higher than the average income of the citizens.The most frequent choice of ice snow sports participation is personal travel,and generally choose to travel on weekends.Since the development of ice and snow movement is relatively late,the participants' skating age is more than one year.3.Zhangjiakou Volkswagen snow sports instructors on the current situation,the instructor's age younger,more than half of the non professional ski instructor was born,and nearly 1/4 of the instructors have not received professional training,undergraduate education is more,significantly more than female and male instructors.4.Zhangjiakou ice and snow sports in the equipment statistics,mainly in the form of lease to participate in ice and snow sports,self-made skating to participate in the auxiliary.5.Zhangjiakou Volkswagen ice and snow sports participants generally choose self driving or tourist vehicles for a higher proportion of transportation,catering services are relatively satisfied,and the service satisfaction of the rest area is relatively low.Aiming at the problems of Zhangjiakou mass ice snow sports,the following suggestions are put forward: first,from the future development of Zhangjiakou ice and snow sports,we need to intensify our publicity efforts.We must ensure the quality of the snow field in the construction of snow fields,and we cannot make qualitative changes due to quantitative change.In the construction of the track,we should attach importance to the construction of the primary and intermediate track,so as to ensure that the majority of the people are able to participate in it at any time.Second,the establishment and perfection of the ice regulations,in order to protect the interests of the participants,and pay attention to the construction of the club,set up relevant management agencies will be passed to the broad masses of ice and snow culture,people of different age and occupation,more and more people involved.Third,establish an ice snow training base,train ice and snow sports talents to ensure the professionalism of the public ice snow sports instructors,and train instructors regularly,and improve the ice snow sports theory level of the instructors through further studies and academic forums.Fourth,we should appropriately reduce the price of skiing,attract more people to participate in it,train participants' sense of lifelong exercise,and form a healthy and positive way of life.Fifth,to strengthen the construction of surrounding facilities,we can increase the line of special vehicles and enrich the types of catering.When we build the rest area,we should consider the size of the snow field to match,and avoid the lack of rest area.
