In the context of the Winter Olympics,China entered the golden age of the ice and snow sports development.In 2017,the Beijing Municipal Education Commission selected the first batch of 52 municipal-level ice and snow sports special schools in Beijing.Ice and snow sports officially entered the campus.The development of ice and snow sports teaching activities is inseparable from the school's physical education teachers.The comprehensive business level of the physical education teachers and all aspects will directly affect the specific situation of the ice and snow sports in the school.Therefore,the current situation of the physical education teachers in some ice and snow sports schools in Beijing is investigated to find out the desirable and need for improvement of the sports teachers in the primary stage of the development of the ice and snow sports,which provides relevant reference for the development of the icc and snow sports characteristic school.This article takes "Study on the status quo and development countermeasures of physical education teachers in the Beijing Ice and Snow Sports Special School(Secondary School)",and takes the first batch of municipal-level ice-sports sports school(secondary school)physical education teachers as the survey object,from the sports teachers of the Ice and Snow Sports School.The current situation and the factors affecting the physical education team are collected.The data are analyzed and summarized by the literature method,questionnaire survey,interview method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The 21 ice and snow sports special schools(secondary schools)in Beijing have a good development trend of ice and snow sports teaching.The special schools actively carry out ice and snow sports teaching activities and actively participate in various competitions.Among them,the three districts of Haidian District,Xicheng District and Dongcheng District are more prominent.2.There are many problems in the physical education team of 21 ice and snow sports special schools(secondary schools)in Beijing.Although the background and professional level of physical education teachers meet the basic requirements of physical education teachers,the teachers are not perfect enough.The most important one is the lack of professional teachers of ice and snow sports,so they cannot fully meet the teaching of ice and snow sports.3,physical education teacher education concept and teacher morality construction,teaching ability and professional level improvement,teaching effectiveness assessment and evaluation,ice sports venues and facilities,etc.,will affect the construction and development of the ice and snow specialty school(secondary school)physical education team.4.The current problems of the physical education team of the Beijing Ice and Snow Sports Characteristic School(Secondary School)can be summarized as:imperfect teacher equipment,unreasonable teaching work arrangement,imperfect training system for ice and snow sports,insufficient incentives for teachers' teaching motivation,and emphasis on scientific research.The development of lower and different ice and snow sports special schools is quite different,and the facilities of ice and snow sports teaching activities are incomplete.5.Solving the problems existing in the physical education team of the Beijing Ice and Snow Sports School(Secondary School)can be solved through seven aspects:introducing physical education teachers,perfecting the teacher training system,strengthening the management of the teaching staff,and increasing the incentives for teachers' teaching work.Improve teachers' scientific research capabilities,strengthen exchanges and interactions among leachers,and optimize venue facilities.
