Research On The Small Town With Ice And Snow Sports Characteristics

Chairman Xi Jinping emphasized that "The Winter Olympics is an important iconic event of an important historical juncture in China." With the successful bid for the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Winter Olympics,ice and snow sports also ushered in new development opportunities.Based on the research on the special towns of ice and snow sports research on the special of ice and snow sports,scholars have studied the characteristic towns of ice and snow sports from different perspectives and different levels.The mainly research focuses on the historical changes,core concepts,development models,Operation mechanism,development countermeasures and other aspects.Undoubtedly,the scholars' research provides a good idea for the follow-up research of the ice sports characteristic towns.But the those research is still relatively scattered;comprehensive and systematic research on the characteristics of ice sports,The research on small towns has not been found so far.In view of the current status of this research,making a comprehensive and systematic combing of snow sports characteristic towns on the basis of empirical research is a way to providing theoretical reference for the research of snow sports characteristic towns.This article investigates and analyzes the situation of four snow sports characteristic towns in Taiwu,Wanlong,Fulong and Miyuan in Chongli District,Zhangjiakou City,Hebei Province.Literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method and other methods Will be adopted in the research.The conclusions are as follows:1.The characteristic town of ice and snow sports in Hebei Province embodies different development concepts and forms different development models: "ice and snow + industrial integration","ice and snow + national culture",the government +Social capital cooperation and other modes.2.The four snow sports towns in Chongli District of Hebei Province combine different climate characteristics in different seasons,adopt different management strategies in winter and summer,operate different sports,take advantage of different supporting facilities,etc.,to maximize the maximum operation.Benefits and social benefits.3.Judging from the nature of the enterprises and financing channels of the characteristic snow and ice sports towns,most of them are private enterprises.Sinceice and snow sports projects are mainly concentrated in winter,and the profitability of other seasons is limited,there is a long time for capital recovery.There is a single financing channel and insufficient funding.4.From the perspective of talent reserve,there is a problem of lack of professional talents and lack of professional management capabilities in various snow sports characteristic towns,and the lack of talents,especially the lack of specialized talents,affects the macro management and economy of ice sports characteristic towns.The benefits also affect the long-term development of the town.5.From the perspective of environmental protection,various snow sports towns have not fully handled the relationship between resource development and environmental protection.6.From the perspective of consumer groups,the consumer population is mainly concentrated in young people and middle-aged people,mostly males;among them,college or college degree tourists are the most,the main motivation for participation is to enhance physical fitness and promote health,and the main cost of tourism is concentrated in Ski equipment andsupporting facilities,transportation,accommodation,catering and other aspects.How to attract consu-mer groups of different ages,different cultural levels,and different economicconditions to participate in ice and snow sports projects is a problem thatneed-s to be solved in ice and snow sports towns.7.From the view of safety,the snow sports characteristic towns in Hebei Province need to be improved in terms of safety systems,safety measures,and safety facilities.8.From the perspective of infrastructure,the infrastructure of some ice and snow towns in Chongli District of Hebei Province needs to be improved,such as transportation problems,catering problems,and accommodation problems.9.According to the existing problems,The solutionsare as follows:(1)improve the operation level and improve the service quality;(2)increase capital investment and improve the infrastructure;(3)increase the ice and snow projects,rationally plan the layout;(4)improve Safety awareness,strengthen safety protection;(5)Strengthen environmental governance and promote sustainable development.
