The Study On Occupation Skill Training Mode Of The Construction Industry Migrant Workers

With the accelerating development of China’s national economy and the process ofurbanization, the construction industry has maintained rapid growth, has a significant role inChina’s economic development. Construction industry is a labor-intensive industry, toincrease employment, in particular the transfer of rural surplus labor, balancing urban andrural development plays an important role. In2011the State statistical bureau websiteshowed that in2011architecture industry absorbed in44.742million migrant workers, themigrant worker is engaged in the architecture industry the proportion already from200812.8%rises to17.7%, still and had the trend of increase. However, firstly, peasant workers’education is much lower; secondly, few workers are licensed, they have no system ofvocational training, there is a lot of unregulated construction and safety hazards, therefore thearchitecture industry safety in production accident and the project quality question sometimesoccurs. What’s more, with the rapid development of construction, many new materials, newtechnology, and new equipments are widely using, but if the workers do not know theoccupational skills and procedures, they how to create satisfaction and high-quality projectfor the society? So, construction workers’ technical training is imperative.This article mainly covers the analysis of government dereliction of duty, enterprisedefault and the migrant workers’ own problems in the present construction industryoccupational skills training. And based on a survey of migrant workers between Nanjing anHefei questionnaire collected data, selected certain factors affecting workers’ willingness toparticipate in occupational skill training, used Chi-square methods to analyze the data, analysis of migrant workers to participate in skill training of its influence factors.This article puts forward “the application of modular training method” in theconstruction of the training of migrant workers. Take the bricklaying as an example, based onthe analysis of job skills, the training program for the modular division, establish training unit,forming the training system, modular units. At the same time, China’s technical level systemconnected with the training, deepening the modular training mode. Finally, if the moduletraining mode may operation normally, it needs some policies to support and guidance. Thisarticle takes Nanjing citizen card system in the aspects of migrant workers in constructionindustry management experience, put forward the scientific, reasonable, targeted measures,guarantee the construction industry migrant workers vocational skills training carried outsmoothly.
