"NPC and CPPCC" is an important way for China's democratic participation in politics.To some extent the university students' concern about the "NPC and CPPCC" reflects the political sensitivities and degree of participation to the major events in the country.At a time when the media is highly developed,the national "two sessions" have not achieved satisfactory results among the college students.This phenomenon is worth pondering.The research on the spread of the national "two sessions" among college students can not only explore the reasons for the current situation,enhance the dissemination of the national "two sessions" among the college students,but also strengthen the political awareness and social responsibility of college students.Based on the behavioral theory of Dura theory and communication knowledge,This paper conducted a questionnaire survey among college students in nine provincial universities in Shijiazhuang.Through quantitative analysis and text analysis,this paper investigated the acceptance of the "two sessions" in student group;the internal factors and communication factors that affect the acceptance.This paper found that undergraduates pay less attention to the "two sessions",they are less involved in the topic of "the two sessions".They think it should pay great importance to the “two sessions”and it is hard to find useful information about "the two sessions" There is a correlation between the Cognition degree and the Participation degree to the "two sessions" among college students and the more they understand the information of the "two sessions",the more they tend to participate in the discussion on the topic of the "two sessions".There is a weak correlation between the acceptance of the "two sessions" and the importance of perception in college students.It shows that college students' attitude towards the "two sessions" will be transformed into the motivation to follow the "two sessions" news;but the entertainment information will weaken the demand for the information of the "two sessions".There is a strong correlation between news reading time and the acceptance of the "two sessions",which confirms that the Agenda-setting theory still exists in the highly developed social media era.There is a strong correlation between the perceived usability and the acceptance of the "two sessions".It shows that the difficulty for college student to finduseful information contribute much to the poor acceptance of the "two sessions".From the perspective of communication process,college students mainly read the news of the "two sessions" in the form of pictures and texts,they were satisfied with the reports presented by new technology,but the acceptance was poor.College students accept news mainly through "two micro end" and based on strong relationship,WeChat has a better communication effect than micro-blog.campus media is an important platform for college students to understand the information of the "two sessions".By analysis the content of "two sessions",the campus media has vivid and lively titles,its coverage are close to college students,it also use some network language and facial expressions to enhance its entertaining.there also some disadvantages:lack of series reports,"stylized" reporting mode and so on.Based on the above problems,the study suggest that the journalist need to makes full use of big data to produce the interesting news behind the "two sessions" and recommend the news accurately;digs the background behind the "two sessions" from making full use of big data;targeting in "NPC and CPPCC" news that is of concern to college students;the content of "the two sessions" should conform to the of characteristic of new media;make news planning to enhance college students' acceptance of the "two sessions."...
