With the rapid development of the Internet,human society has entered the information explosion era.A huge amount of information for people to reference,select and use.While providing convenience to users,it also brings a lot of interference.Therefore,the traditional way of information acquisition behavior has become outdated,how to accurately select and efficient use of information has become particularly critical.This paper has three aspects:Firstly,the paper describes the research background,significance,current situation and related concepts.In this way,the paper lays a good theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Secondly,this paper sorts out relevant domestic and foreign literatures on the research of information acquisition behavior,selects college students as the research object,and studies the influencing factors of college students' information acquisition behavior.Based on the reference of Wilson,Kuhlthau and other information behavior models,We propose six potential variables as influencing factors: Self-efficacy;Information literacy;Cognitive ability;Activity space environment;Information service environment;Information demand behavior,And then we construct the research hypothesis and behavior model of this paper.Finally,the questionnaire was designed and the research was carried out.The questionnaire was distributed online by sojump,and 241 valid questionnaires were collected.SPSS and AMOS were used to conduct statistics,collation and analysis of the data.Then the thesis verifies the hypothesis,discusses the analysis results,proposes the limitations of this study,and gives the prospect of future research.The results of this study show that: The information service environment and self-efficacy have significant positive effects on information demand behavior;The activity space environment and information literacy have no significant influence on information demand behavior;Self-efficacy,cognitive ability and information demand all have significant positive influence on information acquisition behavior,among which information demand has the strongest influence on information acquisition behavior.
