The living standard of Chinese residents has been increasing year by year, and the population of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases has been rising.Stroke is a common disease that endangers the lives of patients and leaves many sequelae, causing disability and disability. The quality of life of patients is seriously affected.Among the high-risk factors of stroke, gender, age, family history and other factors can not be changed. In recent years, the three high diseases: hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and hyperglycemia are the main causes. The obesity induces the occurrence of three high-grade diseases and increases the heart and brain. The risk of blood vessels, therefore, weight control in obese patients is an important measure to prevent the occurrence and recurrence of stroke. At present, the basic and primary measures to prevent and treat dyslipidemia at home and abroad are changing lifestyles. There is very little research on the effect of lifestyle interventions on stroke in obese patients.Because stroke patients have different degrees of physical dysfunction, targeted lifestyle interventions are needed for stroke patients. This study investigated the lifestyle of obese patients with stroke through a questionnaire survey, and provided reasonable and quantifiable nutritional dietary plans.A scientific and safe rehabilitation exercise plan was developed to achieve lifestyle control in order to achieve weight control, lower blood lipids, and prevent stroke.Relapse, the goal of improving the patient's quality of life. Objectives: To change the lifestyle of obese patients with stroke, control their weight, reduce blood lipids, achieve secondary prevention goals for stroke, reduce the recurrence rate of stroke, and improve the prognosis of patients. Methods: 40 stroke patients aged 50-70 years were selected, and the onset of stroke was?4 weeks. The condition was stable.According to the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia in Chinese adults published in 2016,serum TC concentrations were? 6.20 mmol/L,serum TG.Concentration ? 2.3 mmol/L,serum HDL-C concentration <1.0mmol/L,and serum LDL-C concentration ? 4.14 mmol/L,any of the above four abnormal indicators were abnormal.Body mass index(BMI)? 28 kg/m2.Rehabilitation training is moderate, and fatigue-free patients are evaluated based on the Fatigue Severity Scale.Theabove patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group of 20 cases, two groups of patients prescribed oral atorvastatin lipid-lowering drugs, oral medium dose of20 mg.The intervention group gave lifestyle intervention in addition to medication for 3months.Through a questionnaire survey, each patient's lifestyle was understood, including dietary structure, exercise training programs, and a scientific lifestyle plan for them.Calculate the daily calorie needed by the patient, change the unhealthy eating habits of the patient, formulate a reasonable diet plan and quantify the management of the diet;arrange exercise according to the patient's different diseases, degree of physical impairment, etc.,and adjust the exercise intensity by closely monitoring the patient's heart rate, while Strengthen body strength training.Patients in the control group were given lipid-lowering drugs orally, and were undergoing routine rehabilitation training. There was no specific training volume and intensity, and dietary types were not targeted and quantitative management was not performed.Closely observe and record the effect of blood lipid intervention,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C levels and LDL-C compliance.According to the guideline of prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia in Chinese adults(revised 2016),the goal of stroke prevention is: LDL-C <1.8mmol/L.Comparing the LDL-C compliance rate between the two groups.Results:(1)Compared with biochemical indicators, the TC,TG,and LDL of the intervention group and the control group decreased after 3 months of treatment. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).(2)After lifestyle intervention, the improvement rate of blood lipid in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. The effective rate of HDL-C intervention group was 15%,and the control group was 5%.(3)In the intervention group, the number of LDL-C patients was 11 and the number of non-compliance patients was 7;the control group reached 4;the number of non-compliance was 16;the compliance rate was 21%,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).(4)Before and after the experiment in the control group, the TC,TG,and LDL-C levels in the intervention group were significantly decreased and the HDL-C level was increased before and after the experiment. There was a significant difference between the groups before and after the experiment(P<0.05).The decrease of TC,TG,and LDL-C in the interventiongroup and the control group was larger than that in the intervention group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the increase of HDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)BMI was significantly improved in the intervention group compared with the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Intermediate-intensity rehabilitation exercise training combined with comprehensive lifestyle interventions for nutritional management can effectively reduce the lipid profile of stroke patients with obesity.(2)The scientific lifestyle intervention is beneficial for patients with stroke to control their weight.(3)Oral lipid-lowering drugs and oral lipid-lowering drugs combined with lifestyle interventions can improve blood lipid levels, and oral lipid-lowering drugs combined with lifestyle interventions can significantly reduce blood lipid levels.Suggestion: In stroke and obese patients,at the same time taking oral hypolipidemic drugs, according to patients with different degrees of disability, different ages, different exercise capacity and different eating habits, formulating a personalized lifestyle intervention prescription is more conducive to lowering blood lipids, controlling weight, and preventing The recurrence of cerebrovascular disease improves the quality of life of patients.
