In recent years,with the adjustment of industrial structure,enterprises have higher and higher requirements for high-quality skilled talents.However,the talents cultivated by colleges and universities cannot effectively meet the development needs of enterprises.The contradiction between the supply and demand of talents urges the government and colleges to promote the reform of education and teaching,and pay attention to the cultivation of applied talents and the vocational education of students.In 2014,the ministry of education issued ?The opinions on further strengthening the work of vocational education?,proposing to promote the integration of industry and education and strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises through "resource sharing and complementary advantages",so as to effectively connect higher vocational education with enterprises and market demand.With the help of flexible running system and mechanism,many private colleges and universities actively explore and practice the order-type talent training mechanism.For example,some reforms have been carried out in the aspects of specialty setting,training program,teacher construction,quality assessment,etc.,with the purpose of researching and exploring an order-type talent training mechanism that can adapt to the better development of private universities.Guided by the human resource development theory,human capital theory and sharing economy theory,this paper conducts surveys and interviews of those similar private universities by means of literature analysis.And based on in-depth analysis of the typical cases of "The principal preparatory class" and "Yango University-zte ICT institute" of school of preschool education in Yango University,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the reasons for the shortsightedness of the course co-construction mechanism,the poor effect of the teacher sharing mechanism,the imbalance of the student management and cooperation function,and the weak supervision of the teaching quality co-evaluation mechanism in the process of the current private universities' order-type talent cultivation,and puts forward some optimization countermeasures,such as "do a good job in top-level design,clarify the goal guiding mechanism,enhance the effectiveness of incentive mechanism,improve the competition mechanism and strengthen the constraint mechanism".
