The Research Of Practical Talent Cultivation Model Of Computer Based On TCISCEAM-CDIO

In recent years,there is a contradictory phenomenon in the demand of talents in computer science major.On the one hand,the job market has a real large demand for the senior talents in computer science,in general,the needs of the information society about human resource cannot be met.On the other hand,the graduates in computer science from colleges and universities have to face the difficulties in employment and the embarrassing situation during the beginning period of accessing to the society.The reason is that there is a big deviation between the practical ability of graduates and the high demands of enterprises.The talent cultivation in some colleges and universities cannot fully satisfy the needs of high quality talents in current market economy.With the proposal of the strategic deployment of the Ministry of Education,which stressed the work of guiding the transformation of some local colleges and universities into the applied technology-oriented type,the mode of cultivating applied talents gradually comes into the vision of educators,and becomes a new research topic for some universities and educational reformers.In this context,the study takes the students of software engineering major in Changchun Normal University as the research object,through a large number of literature collection,tries to find out a new computer talent training model,which is highly fit the mode of talent cultivation in computer science,— CDIO engineering model.Based on the deep understanding of CDIO engineering model and combined with the characteristics of talent cultivation,this research tries to design and construct the TCISCEAM-CDIO training model of applied talents in computer science.This research designs and implements the TCISCEAM-CDIO computer classapplication-oriented talent training mode from 8 different aspects: the talent training ability index system,the integration project system,the integrated curriculum system,the practice teaching system inside and outside the class,the construction of teacher team,the construction of enterprises' practical base,the construction of school training system and the teaching quality evaluation system.In order to solve the structural contradiction between talent cultivation and the development of economy and society,this research makes a comparative analysis about the advantages and disadvantages of TCISCEAM-CDIO computer application training mode,aims to further improve the quality of talent cultivation in computer science in colleges and universities and provides the reference and new thinking for the reform of the talents cultivation of the application type in computer science.
