Research On The Cultivation Of Innovative Talents In Primary School In Suzhou Area

In this paper,we study the experience in the cultivation of innovative talents in Singapore,and two primary schools in Suzhou Industrial Park as a case,this paper analyzes the characteristics and deficiencies of the cultivation of innovative talents in primary school in Suzhou area,puts forward the construction of the cultivation mode of innovative talents of primary schools in Suzhou.There are four main experiences in Singapore's innovative talent training:first,the curriculum setting and activities are dedicated to creating high-quality innovative talents;second,they are committed to the cultivation of national feelings and leadership qualities of the world's citizens;three is the internationalization of education;four is the various and flexible education system.The characteristics of the cultivation of innovative talents in primary school in Suzhou are mainly reflected in:attention to national sentiment,attention to the soul of Suzhou and the world eye;we carry on research study by establishing harmonious teacher-student relationship;encourage students to compete and debate to stimulate their creativity,cultivate students' spirit of innovation.The two primary schools in Suzhou Industrial Park as a case,this paper introduces the cultivation of innovative talents of these two primary schools,for instance,carry forward the national spirit in Confucian culture,shape students' role models and actively organize students to participate in practical activities,exploit regional advantages to broaden the horizon of innovative talents cultivation,promote the cultivation of students' innovative ability by means of less teaching and more learning and flipped classroom.Exploring the training experience of innovative talents in Singapore,rethinking the present situation of the cultivation of innovative talents in primary school in Suzhou area,it is found that there are still many deficiencies in the cultivation of innovative talents in primary school in Suzhou area,for instance,lack of innovative character development,the attention to innovation ability is not enough,lack of creative spirit motivated.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a new model for the cultivation of innovative talents of primary school in Suzhou area:construct the educating concept of developing everyone according to each person's individual character,construct the concept of educating people with multiple development;build up innovation character of international perspective and the national feelings;establish a knowledge module that has important contents of innovation knowledge;establish an ability system based on innovation ability;establish a model of educating people in the direction of innovative literacy;establish the talent training mechanism of school?family and community.
