Spot shooting is an important means of basketball,but also the basis of other scoring techniques.Master a good shooting techniques and keep a high shooting rate,can make themselves in the game in a proactive position.Conducting fixed-point shooting teaching,often check the middle school students due to tension,shooting movements prone to deformation,resulting in shooting mistakes.The degree of refinement of motion perception is a very important factor in influencing the factors of shooting in situ.Quadrant Shot is shooting in the athletes to keep the basic shooting position,students can only through their own sense of perception to complete the shooting.In the shooting process,the situation for each shot and then language prompts.Its purpose is to strengthen the athletes shot the stability of the muscles and the precise sense of the degree of fine,so as to improve the students in situ shooting point.This study puts forward the "first fixed then accurate" learning mode,which advocates that students should focus on the body's feeling and fluency based on their own "advantage response".First,consolidate their own most comfortable shooting action and achieve "stable",and then through the transfer of skill lead the stable,"wrong" advantage of the placement moved to the center of the basket,to achieve "accurate" purposes.In this paper,using the experimental group-the control group pro-post test experimental design,the control class using the traditional fixed-point shooting teaching methods,the experimental class using this study specifically designed "pool-home line-Meeting point" teaching method.The results show that:(1)The teaching method has the characteristics of "first bad and good",and the results of the mid-term test group are slightly lower than those of the control group.The overall learning effect of the experimental group is significantly better than that of the control group;(2): this teaching methods focus on teaching students in accordance with their aptitude to the individual's ontology feel,a good embodiment of the student's dominant position.
