This article through to "University Sports" the male student basketball option class course content's experiment, take shoots the technical teaching as an example, explained the programmed instruction method in the concrete teaching practice's operating process, and carries on the comparison with the tradition teaching method, obtains two kind of teaching method different teaching effect final test data, and carries on the analysis to these data, draws the conclusion:This research take the northwest Normal university "University Sports" the male student basketball option class teaching as the object of study, uses literature methods and so on material law, mathematical method of average and teaching cut-and-try method, through uses the tradition teaching method and the programmed instruction method in the concrete basketball technology's teaching practice carries on the experiment to the student basketball technology teaching, the analysis contrasts these two teaching method the different effect which produces to the basketball technology's teaching, found the method which by the time the better suitable student basketball technology study and the synthesizing capacity enhanced.Obtains through the experiment contrast:(1) The utility program teaching method's experimental group's whole study effect wants obviously good in the use tradition teaching method control group. The programmed instruction method can the greater limit reassignment student study the enthusiasm and the initiative, and can stimulate the student study and the inquisition interest, promotes their observation ability. The programmed instruction method has manifested take the student as the main body idea. The tradition teaching method system is"teaches"take the teacher as a core, neglected the student to find the problem, solved the question ability.(2) The test has used the branch-like teaching program, and has given the concrete goal in various procedures' execution and the evaluation criteria, enabled the student to have the explicit direction diligently and to have the feasibility strong evaluation criteria to instruct and to supervise their practice, therefore has made the good teaching progress.
